Very bad customer experience. I went there to do some returns and at first it went smooth . Then one of the items that I bought online I was trying to return it around 5:45 pm, they said except one register they had closed all the other registers ( when there were atleast 3 customers who still needed help and there were 4 store associates standing there idle). So I waited patiently ( as the other customers were still picking up their stuff and not ready for billing) till that one register which was open became available . By that time I wrote down the order details so that it would be easy for the associate to finish the return quickly. For some reason the order was not coming up and it was not more than 2 minutes, the other associate who had helped me earlier , came there and started asking me to come back ( despite me telling that the store is 30 min away from my place without traffic) tomorrow as there are other customers and it was closing time. He was very rude and he didn’t bother to wait for me. I felt very intimidated( usually I am not that easily scared of anything or anyone) . When I tried asking him why were the other registers closed he was very rude and asked me to leave. Is this how you treat customers who are giving you business? Then on my way when I complained to the manager of store , she did not even try to help me. I am very disappointed . Read moreBUYER BEWARE! I bought some $90 insuated pants online. They were a bit too small, so I called to exhange them for a larger size. The rep used my credit card info to process the replacement pants and arranged for a return of the smaller pair to this store. First they processed the order back to my card no problem except they only refunded roughly $20 on a $90 purchase. When I pointed out their error by showing them the receipt for the original purchase. They would only process my online purchase refund for in-store credit. When I called customer service they said I should have had the full $90 transaction refunded to my debit card and not store credit. Now I have to drive home, print out the return label, and drive to a UPS store, because the employees are trying to pull a fast one. Now they have lost my in store and online business.
