Amazing place! Always a good experience. They have a good anti theft system as well it makes sense pay before you receive the food, that's any fast food place now as well. (Really don't understand why people don't get that) They have the most authentic foods/ice cream/and drinks (HIGHLY recommend the orchata!) as a mall employee I'm there for my breaks almost on the daily. This place is definitely unique and they have a variety of tradicional snacks that attract the shoppers. They are, however, not at capacity to run a place with so many people coming through. Their lines are confusing, the cashier guy is very rude and does not answer questions appropriately. We bought fresas con crema and it had 5 whole strawberries not even cut up. I recommend they organize their layout a little better and hire more friendly staff.

I went today January 28 and the 2 girls that were working there were extremely rude. Both the one that took my order and the one at the register had horrible costumer service. Not only did they give me attitude but the one at the registers was on her phone the whole time and made me wait while she responded to her text messages!
