My favorite distillery!!! The restaurant is fantastic and has amazing vegan options - and I’m not even a vegan! The quality of the distilling is unmatched and every bottle from the vodka to the rum is a total crowd pleaser. I live in Brooklyn and still come here for the Rose Geranium Gin. I have various bottles in my home bar and friends are always asking where they can get it. The mixers as well are very unique and you’ll feel like you’re making a super fancy craft cocktail in your own home. I currently have 7 different spirits from Lancaster Distilleries in my liquor cabinet, ranging from the Forager’s Special pawpaw brandy to their newly released Roaring Brook Bourbon.

After tasting the spirits, you’d think that this distillery has been around for a hundred years and is using time honored recipes. Each spirit is so well crafted, and the distiller definitely knows his stuff. Give them a try, you’ll be pleased for sure!
