As a frequent shopper at the ABC store of Downtown Las Vegas - Fremont, I have noticed that some of the cashiers appear dissatisfied with their facial expressions, which impacts the shopping experience. On several occasions, I have observed that they prioritize restocking the shelves over assisting the customers waiting in line for an extended period. It is concerning to see that all Male Managers present do not open their registers to expedite customer service and instead watch from behind the counter. In general, the cashiers do not seem to be as friendly and accommodating as the Male Managers, except for one Female Caucasian Manager who always greets customers warmly and offers assistance by providing a cart when needed. I bought a souvenir shot glass there and when I got home and removed the price sticker, it revealed another hidden sticker underneath with a mention "decorative only, not for food". That's wack. It's ok to sell decorative glasses. It's shady to hide that information.
