My friends and I were vacationing in Las Vegas when we came across this interesting booth on Fremont and we couldn't pass up the opportunity to have our iris photographed. My friend and I both paid for services, she wanted a digital copy and I opted for the 'small' printout. The price was the same either way, but I wanted to go home and hang the image in my bedroom so I wanted a physical copy. AFTER I paid I asked the man when I could get my image printed out and he said that since it was 11 pm, he can't print tonight and I can pick it up tomorrow. This immediately felt suspicious to me, but luckily I had another night at my hotel. I feel that he should let people know when he can no longer print for the evening as many people are coming and going in this city. Alas, he waited until he had my money to tell me that he can't give me the merchandise that I paid for until the next day. Then that evening he text me that my image had been emailed to me. I thought this had to be a mistake because I didn't pay for the digital image. The next morning, I reached out again, asking when I could pick up my print out. He claimed that he already sent me the digital copy so there was no need to show up in person. At this point I'm realizing that this is sketchy and he probably does this to tourists often. Now, the product is incredible so I'll assume that's why the reviews are good. I reminded him of our conversation regarding when I could pick up the image and he agreed to let me come get the photograph within the hour. Then within 20 minutes he text me again saying that because gave me a digital copy he cannot give me the print out and I would have to pay for it. Please make sure if you buy from these men that it's not late at night and check your receipt before you leave. He rang me up at a digital customer and because it was late at night and also the same price, I didn't think to check. They take advantage of tourists and have awful customer service. I tried to rectify the situation with him and he had no interest in fixing his mistake, instead he attempted to blame me and get more money out of me. Also he apparently has trouble sending images to Iphones because my friend had a lot of trouble getting her image to load and they claimed to have issues with iphones. None of this is ever mentioned until...
Read moreI'm absolutely heartbroken. I was so excited for this and ordered the lucite $160+ artwork. Giddy, paid cash and the order arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately, there were no instructions in the package. There are 2 sides to unpeel - one brown, and one white. DO NOT UNPEEL THE WHITE SIDE - that is the print. Doesn't matter if that side is easier - it will ruin your investment and they will not rectify (Even though there are no instructions). I wanted to love it, and it would have been amazing. Sadly, it's ruined, and I'm out over $160. Sad. I tried to fix and find a resolution with the vendor, and I'm only posting this after there was no path to resolution. Consider this a warning - PEEL THE BROWN SIDE ONLY EVEN IF THE WHITE PULLS BACK EASIER. If you don't, you'll be as sad/sick as I am. And if you guess wrong without the benefit of how-to,...
Read moreMy Wife and I absolutely loved our experience at Unique Iris Photography on Fremont Street! 🌌✨ It was such a fun and unique couples activity that we’ll never forget. The staff made the whole process easy and enjoyable, walking us through each step and explaining the art behind capturing the details of our eyes.
The end result was stunning—our irises looked like galaxies, full of colors and textures we had never noticed before. Seeing them side-by-side as a couple made it even more special. It felt both artistic and personal, and we left with a keepsake that perfectly captures us.
If you’re looking for something different to do in Vegas, especially as a couple, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s not just a photo—it’s an experience and a memory you’ll want...
