Absolutely Incredible – A Must-Do Vegas Experience (Even If You're Afraid of Heights!)
If you're looking for an unforgettable adventure in Las Vegas, SlotZilla is it. I never thought I'd find myself soaring 114 feet above Fremont Street — especially considering I’ve had a lifelong fear of heights — but thanks to the amazing team at SlotZilla, I not only survived… I thrived.
Let me walk you through what made this one of the most exhilarating and empowering experiences of my life.
Booking & Check-In: The process was smooth and efficient. Everything was clearly communicated — from what to wear to how early to arrive. I chose the Super-Hero Zoomline, where you launch face-down like Superman and fly five city blocks across the heart of downtown Las Vegas. If you’re going to do it, go all in. It’s absolutely worth it.
Staff & Safety: The moment I arrived, my nerves kicked in hard. But the SlotZilla staff was phenomenal. Every person I interacted with was friendly, calm, and professional. They were incredibly patient with me — talking me through each step, securing my gear, and checking everything multiple times. Their confidence and genuine kindness made me feel safe, supported, and ready to do something completely outside my comfort zone.
The Flight: The ride itself was pure adrenaline. You start high above Fremont Street, surrounded by Vegas’ electric energy, neon signs, and live music. As soon as they released me, I was flying over the crowd, lights, and vintage casinos, arms stretched out like a superhero. For someone afraid of heights, the feeling was strangely peaceful — a mix of freedom, thrill, and pride.
Bonus Features: SlotZilla doesn’t stop at just the flight — they capture the experience for you too. I got professional photos mid-ride .
Fremont Street: If you're doing SlotZilla, make sure you carve out time to explore Fremont Street itself. It’s a spectacle — street performers, live music, the dazzling Viva Vision light show overhead, and some of the best people-watching in Vegas. SlotZilla is the perfect way to kick off or cap off your time in this part of the city.
Final Thoughts: Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or someone ready to step out of their comfort zone, SlotZilla is a must-do experience in Las Vegas. The ride is thrilling, the staff is top-notch, and the memories you’ll take away are priceless.
Huge thanks to the SlotZilla team for helping me turn fear into flight. I’ll be recommending this to everyone I know heading to Vegas — and I just might be back for a...
Read moreYesterday, my husband and I were vilely deceived, we paid for two tickets, and went upstairs to the descent, where we were asked to wait for a few minutes (at that moment, the employees were talking among themselves, not ashamed of our presence, about why they still sell tickets, that's why we came, that they we were already tired that there were only 2 of us and they were no longer working at all) After which they informed us that they would not let the two of us down and that they had sent us to the cash register in order to return the funds to us, at that moment the cash register was closed at our request. We were informed that the funds to us will not return because we had to be in time for this check-in, for which we were given 3 minutes and no one informed us. At the ticket office, at the time of buying tickets, there was a servant cashier who said pay and left somewhere, then a girl came and without any explanation gave 2 tickets, but she kept the check for payment. Instead, our requests to refund the money or renew the ticket so that we could use it on another day were rudely refused, saying that they don't care that we didn't make it and they are not responsible for it. We tried to explain that their employees are unclear who knows them, the guy who was there first and accepted the payment or the girl who later came and gave us the tickets, issued them at the wrong time (it said 12.40, but in fact they were issued to us at 12.57). In response to all this, we simply received shouts that they were open already. There was a police station nearby and I said that I would contact them, to which the administrator replied with a sneer that it was already closed. She got terribly angry and this aggression manifested itself in shouts that people on the street began to pay attention. She began to threaten that she would call the security on us, that we agreed and said that we would wait, maybe they would listen to us adequately and help solve the problem. They closed the door in our face and after waiting a few more minutes we realized that we had been deceived. We looked on the website where to turn to with this situation and everything looks like a well-thought-out fraud scheme .And it was also clear with the naked eye that the employees were not in a sober state from alcohol or drugs, we did not investigate. was going to return. This is our first trip to Las Vegas and these scammers did everything possible to make us leave this place with regret and...
Read moreNot many good things to say about this. We arrived in Vegas with pre-bought tickets and unfortunately we’re not going to make it in time so we called and asked if we could move our tickets to the next day at the same time, we were told to ask for a supervisor when we got there and they would. Upon arrival the next day we showed up well over an hour early to make sure we were still good to go. We asked for a supervisor named Callie that we had spoken to the day before and we were met with a very rude lady that said “What’s going on?” With a scowl on her face. Keep in mind this was not the supervisor we asked for because when we said we were told to ask for Callie she walked away. Then she came back and didn’t say much but reprinted our tickets and said be up there at 7:40. 7:40 comes around and we get to the top we all go on the scale and are cleared to ride. We wait about 20 minutes and my 2 friends get harnessed up before me. Then it’s my turn, I am not the smallest person ever but I was well under the weight limit and they put the harness on and it fit, however the front strap was a tad too short for me. So instead of taking the time to try a different harness the guy calls on the walky and calls to the supervisor and says “this customer is too big the harness doesn’t fit. What do we do?” They take off my harness and say come with me and sent me down and said go to the ticket booth and get a refund you can’t ride. I go to the ticket booth and asked for the refund and they said where is your ticket I said my friend that’s up there has the ticket. She said you do not get a refund without the ticket. Fine. They get done we go get the refund. I am upset with the customer service we received because it was unprofessional and most of the staff was rude. No one acted like they cared or wanted to be there. And most of all I was publicly humiliated. How can I be well under the weight limit but there not be a harness to fit? Or did you guys just not care to try and find one? Why was I not offered to upgrade to the higher deck where the harness would have fit? Very unprofessional. Get some better employees because that was the absolute worst service I had in all the places we went in Vegas. My friends also said that employees were griping and complaining the whole time about other employees. Was an awful...
