Claim Jumper Restaurants — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I really hate giving bad reviews on restaurants. I knew that it was going to be a bad experience when the hosted was being rude toward my family and I. Then once we got seated our waiters was not attending us. It took him about 20 min to get us our drinks and another 40 min to get our order because I spoken to the manager if I didn't who would know how long we would of been waiting for. So keep it in mind we were already there for an hour with no food and my girl is pregnant and the hostel environment was giving her anxiety which is bad for our baby. The waiter was also rude. I'm sorry to say but I didn't tip today because I believe tips are about the service and experience you give each customer and the service and experience was horrible. I would not be returning to this place. I hope this review gives the company owner an opportunity to fix and adjust what is needed to keep the business going. I just wish that I didn't waste my money here and I went somewhere that treats the customer with a friendly service. It sad to say but McDonald employees gives better service then Luis did in the Claim Jumper. 2 hr wait is too long for us to...

Currently sitting here awaiting my partner's dinner to be done ( new and fresh plate) so we can leave. A mistake in the kitchen means an ordered well done steak arrived to the table raw. The sever, Donnell, has been very nice and professional about the incident but the meal is delayed by at least 20 mins. I am done eating. The Mgr, David, finally came to the table and made apologies for the error. My partner is extremely nice and understanding but me not so much. The meal has been ruined. The bill hasn't been amended for the inconvience. My partner will be eating solo because I am done with my plate. I wish I could give the restaurant a zero. Thanks Donnell.

Just got the bill and it too is incorrect. Plus charged my partner full price for the meal and mistakenly charged him twice for a baked potato.

The Claim Jumpers was located in the middle of the Golden Nugget Facility. It was as most things are in Las Vegas Casinos, quite a walk, with all the distraction signs so much larger than the signs to help you to dinner. Well the staff of the Nugget are helpful, even if they only point in that direction. On the way in the fish tank experience in the Nugget is impressive. Now in to Claim Jumper. The hostess was helpful and we must have come at a slack time as we were surprisingly seated immediately. The waiter had one to many cappuccinos as he talked at a speed that was indeed breaking the sound barrier. No worry, we got our order in successfully and it was a simple order, a cobb salad and a Chinese chicken salad. Her cobb was very nice, however it would have been even nicer to have something other than iceberg. Oh well? My Chinese chicken salad was interesting. I do not every remember have a salad that was chopped this fine. So fine was the chopping I thought is was a minced slaw. All the flavors were there, somewhere.
