Update: I’ve been using Gaia Flowers for over 8 years now. As a wedding planning company, we rely on them for nearly all our bouquets and boutonnieres. They always work within our couples’ budgets and bring their visions to life beautifully.
What sets Gaia apart is their shared commitment to sustainability. They’re part of 1% for the Planet and truly walk the walk when it comes to being good stewards of the earth.
We also turn to them anytime we need floral arrangements for friends and family—whether it’s a celebration or just a little “thinking of you” moment. Their designs are stunning, the service is fast, and the storefront is always stocked with something special.
Still the best succulents. Still the best customer service. Highly recommend.
Older review: Can't express how amazing Gaia is. They have the best succulents and the best customer service I have seen. I enjoy collaborating with them on projects and they always come in with the fairest prices when I am bidding for clients.
Gaia is also a strong advocate for sustainability and a big player in the downtown Las Vegas community. They definitely get points for...
Read moreI lived in Las Vegas for 10 years, and was a big fan of Gaia while I was there. I've since moved away and when I want to send flowers to someone in the Las Vegas metro area, they are always my go-to.
I was disappointed recently, however. When sending a Christmas gift to a dear friend, I specifically selected the “designer’s choice” under the “Christmas” option on the menu, and noted that I trusted the designers to do something "festive and fabulous." While the arrangement was indeed lovely, they were not at all what I'd consider "festive" or Christmas-y. It was mostly pastels. While it was a welcome surprise for my friend, it was not what I expected or thought I had specifically asked for. For any other occasion, I wouldn't be bothered. But this was specifically intended to reflect the holidays.
I did send an email upon getting a "how did we do" email from them, expressing my disappointment and received no reply at all, and it's now been more than two weeks, so I don't expect one at this point. Disappointing for a $100 spend, for sure. But I got the email asking me to take time to...
Read moreI found myself in an awkward position needing to send flowers for a birthday last minute. I live in the Seattle area and am a floral designer myself at Bear Creek in Redmond, WA, so being in this situation was really embarrassing. I stumbled on to Gaia after a bad experience with the shop I normally use. Jessica was so kind and went out of her way to help me find a shop that might be closer to where I was sending flowers because her delivery had already gone in that direction and it was just after noon. We couldn't find a shop but because she had been so helpful and we had enjoyed a good laugh acknowledging that even designers forget dates sometimes that I opted to have the flowers delivered the next day from her.
The arrangement that was sent was absolutely exquisite. It far exceeded any expectations. My sister in law was so pleased.
If you want to work with a shop that has superior customer service and gorgeous design then you need to make Gaia your...
