I want to make something clear, I am not a fan of chicken wings or drumsticks... however, I will go OUT of my way to eat these. Jarvis is an incredible chef. They are perfectly cooked, cripsy, and freaking massive. There is no excess oil only explosions of perfectly tender, succulent chicken under a perfectly crisped exterior that still somehow, even when tossed in sauces, maintains its perfect crunch. I can't even tell you how many of these I have had or how many times I have ordered more while still eating, and remember, I hate... chicken wings. His sauces are complex flavor symphonies with a range from a sweet gentle mango to a building heat of his ghost chili sauce that feels like a roaring fire in the dead of winter. You sir, are a true God among chefs. . The bartenders are incredible and friendly and sling some delicious cocktails even for a beer bar. Their beer selection is out of this world, but any where can serve beer, it's the staff that makes a place worth going, and I will run here on my lunch break even though I can only get a soft drink or water, they are attentive as ever and kind. Brit always has a smile on her face that can be seen through her mask as her eyes sparkle, I look forward to always seeing her. . I'm a native to Las Vegas, my bar game is lit, and this place is one of my go-to's even for the short time it has been open. They know how to treat customers, they know their drinks and food, they have an amazing atmosphere that screams grunge but the bar is impeccably clean. . Do yourself a favor. Come have the chicken wings with the ghost chili sauce on the side and a beer/shot combo while sitting on the patio to absorb a little VitD from the sun. Patios are all the rage...

Been a Las Vegas resident since 1996, first time in here. I have to say, it kind of took me back to my college age days. Definitely a punk bar kinda vibe. But not as rough as I had first thought. The staff were all very pleasant. The bartender was a little skittish. I'm sure that comes with the neighborhood, but ok. We wanted a small snack, we tried to order a smaller version of a fresh pretzel/ charticuterie board but I guess they only had the large one available, for whatever reason. We ordered the large. It didn't take as much time as I had calculated, a plus. We got what seemed to be a freshly baked soft pretzel, with several sauces in plastic cups, along with various accoutrements of sliced meat - some type of ham??, gherkins, butter pickles, saurkraut and cubed cheese (mild cheddar, I think). The sauces were type of mustard and the cheese sauce I'm guessing was Velveeta or similar . The pretzel was very good. Soft, warm, salty. Excellent texture. Good for dipping. The sides were good, as we made little sandwiches, until the meat was all gone. The cheese, wasn't bad but seemed like it was a little warm, a little sweaty, do you know what I mean? And too much cheese, even for such a large pretzel, the portion could have easily served 5 to 6, but for 2 people, was way too much I liked the mustard but the Velveeta, I was done after 1 bite. This place is a good touristy type place. Being a local, I guess was a little outta my comfort zone. Would I come back?? Maybe, if I had out of town guests that had a hankering for big pretzels and expensive...

Been coming here for the past couple of months, it has not disappointed! On our last outing, we ordered food. The food sounded delicious but was a bit skeptical as it is bar food. To be safe, we order the chicken nachos (can't really mess that up) and to go crazy, we order the lobster corn dog. I must say, it was better than I expected! The nachos were even better than I thought, and the lobster corn dog was just perfect! You can tell that it is hand dipped (but if it's not, since i don't know the kitchen's secrets hahaha, then great quality as it can passed as homemade! ) the vibe of the bar is great too! Costumer service could improve a little, as the bar was full and only one bartender, (but given we are still dealing with pandemic life) but the busboy/kitchen helper, was amazing! He went above and beyond! (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, but you rocked it! ) I will definitely keep going back and highly...

This bar is amazing. Good loud punk music, good food, and great beers. I'm not much for going out and my friend has tried to get me here for years. I finally decided to head down and I'm glad I did. Everyone at the bar, both staff and patrons, were incredibly friendly and chill. The artwork around the establishment is beautiful and gives a very relaxed feel even with music. An excellent choice of German beers are available at a great price for Vegas, or anywhere really. Two import German beers for less than 20 with a tip. They offer many seating arrangements, as well as an outdoor patio. Smoking is allowed on the patio, the music continues outside to the patio as well. The food service was fast and the food is delicious with an authentic taste with a twist of Vegas. I would definitely recommend this bar to anyone traveling through the arts district of las Vegas.
