Irresponsible. Three friends and I flew from MN to Vegas specifically to participate in a simunition gunfight for one of the friend's bachelor party. The irresponsibility of the staff ruined the bachelor party by pulling the rug out from under the sole reason for being in Vegas. How you ask? I made a reservation about 45 days in advance. Then, about a week in advance I receive a nice, friendly email reminding me of our reservations and outlining their excitement to have us participate. We show up the day of to find a locked door and an unresponsive phone line. It just so happened that the phone on Google Maps was different than the one on the door which is lucky because someone answered that one. As luck would have it, Las Vegas Gunfights was in the process of moving, and as such, was not open at that time. I usually ignore one-off bad reviews that represent an outlier or extreme situation, but to me, this shows an extreme lack of responsibility that must permeate the business as well as a lack of care about their customers. The man on the phone was apologetic and promised a prompt refund of our reservation, but this wasted $600 in flights as well as $200 in lodging as well. Save yourself, and just visit Top Shot Las Vegas where the staff are responsible and care about...
Read moreI am ex-military and have concealed carry. I am serious about armed self-defense. I was extremely impressed by Nephi's knowledge and ability to convey tips that greatly improved my shooting (and I am not an amateur). It was exactly the right combination of adrenaline stress training (something I am both experienced with and a strong advocate for), great fun, and a testosterone rush. I did it with a good friend. We fought each other with guns and, when we were out, we grappled. We wound up covered in welts, unhurt, exhilarated, and happy. I strongly recommend Las Vegas Gunfights for people seeking a thrill that teaches valuable lessons at...
Read moreMy buddy and I went here for my birthday. We flew to Las Vegas just to do this and MAN was it worth it! A fantastic experience. We trained one day and fought the next. Nephi (the owner) did both the training and ran the actual fights. His tips on off-sight (not using the gun sights to aim) was worth the entire cost of the trip - and could save my life some day. We did full contact fighting each round after we ran out of bullets.
This is an amazing adrenaline charge, a great bonding experience, and teaches essential self-defense skills. I have concealed carry and found it invaluable. Plus, I got great welts to show off to my...
