Range Time — Local services in Las Vegas

Frustrated as heck. I really wanted to like this place. Thought it was a great concept but the overall execution was meh. I think its a pretty good deal with whats included but sadly, I’m just too frustrated. 😕

Pros: -Private, 2-lane range -Membership includes entire household -Free paper targets when I went -Trainers -24/7 access -CCW certs for household -Free workshops -Probably more stuff

Cons: -Area not well lit -Perfect place to get robbed Ex: hands full (bag-o-guns and keys) and many hiding spots -Customer service -No option to cancel membership or booking (only reschedule) -Tried to cancel membership before billing date, got charged anyway -Booking app aka the website is a little confusing.

Never got instructions on how to book after getting membership. Had to contact them to even get it activated so i can become a member.

Also, one lane was broken when I went, So, I couldn’t train next to my partner.

Also, be prepared to have a hard time canceling. … Contacted to cancel membership before next billing date…Then proceeded to get charged. Asked for a refund and he said he would reach out after class. I waited, but no response. Anddd I asked again…still getting ghosted...

This is an awesome private range. I took about 4 new people with me to introduce them to shooting. The range master was great. He tested my skills before letting me take over and train my students.
