I went in and waited in the line Because I was in the market to buy a home but up I was asked to get to the back of the line because he needed to help the rest of the “customers” who knew what they wanted first because they were gonna close. I asked him if we were not considered customers even though we went in there with the intention to buy and or purchase new Vape equipment and I was told to go to the back of the line I don’t recommend a place that isn’t willing to take your service because you don’t know exactly what you want as soon as you get there absolutely ridiculous and I wasted my time and lying to you only to be told to go to the back of the line

But before I could clarify he told me to go to the back of the line. I really don’t understand it because it could’ve taken them all of 30 seconds to say amount of time or less if you would’ve just heard my question but he didn’t and when I clarified to see OK so we’re not customers he said well I need to help all these people. Read moreI have been coming here since day one of opening.. now I’m not meaning day one of whatever was in here before them but day one of CVB coming in and Revamping. It wasn’t hard to see how bad the store was doing before they came along. They have worked so hard to get customers to realize that it is now ran by someone who knows what they are doing and are stocked with whatever you need at all times.
I am so grateful they decided to come in and take on this challenge to make it what it is today. I’ve not heard even one complaint now that they are in charge. Good pricing, top of the line merchandise, extremely knowledgeable.. what more could you ask for? Ohh you have a kid and wish they’d bring it to your car!?... well they do!! I always have a child with me and I can’t leave them in the car alone but I can’t take them in.. so they take customer service to the next level and are willing to come out to you, just call them and see what I’m talking about.

Read moreGreat customer service and very knowledgeable. I am new to the vape world and needed a vape for CBD use. I was recommended a certain vape device by a friend. The young woman who works there, (sorry I don't know her name), knew her vape devices. They didn't carry the style I was recommended but she knew of one like it, explained absolutely everything to me, it was easier to use than the one I was told to get and it was cheaper.
Update: I have been back to this store 4 times and the service seems to get even better every time. Rayne is amazing. She has helped me a few times and provided great education on which products would be best with what I use vaping for and why. She is friendly every time and always welcomes me with a smile and is very patient, even when I ask a lot of questions. I can find similar products at closer locations to where I live but the service of the staff and especially Rayne wil keep me coming here....
