Summary: Long wait, bad food, and poor service at a dirty establishment.
Came in as a family, but ordered separate after waiting a couple of minutes to order and wondering if they were closed with the doors unlocked because there was no one behind the counter.
Our 2 famous bowls were able to come out before the other half of our group finished ordering. By now, there was a full kitchen, and 3 more groups came in behind us.
We were able to finish eating our famous bowls, and they were able to take and serve food to all 3 of the other customers that came in after us before a 3 peice tender fill up and 2 small mac and cheese were ready.
Tables were sticky and gooey. The soda machine provided high carbonation and low syrup ratio in drinks, making several options taste off. Smashed food on the floor when we walked in and bathrooms that were smelly, one possibly out of order without a sign as it was left unflushed/possibly clogged.
23 minutes of waiting, then the rest of my family can eat. Including a 4 year old that has been asking for her mac and cheese. We divide the food to find a hairy mac and cheese and a 3 peice tender that looks like it was cooked a week ago. Oh well, we waited this long, we decided to eat what we could.
Since the 4 year old was being good and stayed quiet in the restaurant, she earned a mini lemon bunt cake they had on the counter where we ordered. We joked around that we really hoped they weren't going to give us the one off the counter since the service and food had been so great thus far (sarcasticly, of course)... and sure enough, they did exactly that. Dad paid for it, and they pushed forward the mutilated cake that was left out for who knows how long. He takes it and gives it to mom, and the whole table is like, "Really, that just happened? The one from the counter?" We look back, and the worker yells from the back, "FINE. Have this fresh one from today- YOU DONT HAVE TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT!" We exchanged the cake and left because we are not about to be yelled at by arrogant staff members.
Resulted to publicly posting a Google review as the survey link on the receipt rerouted to a scam website and another KFC feedback online form was also broken. #KFC_DoesntListen...
Read moreUnfortunately the only KFC near where I live if I feel like fried chicken. Been disappointed with this place with the food mostly. I understand that COVID had impacted a lot on things, but the chicken is tiny, and have barely any meat them. Even the legs that I enjoy the most. Wish there is just a Leg Drum meal. Ordering the legs individually is so expensive for how tiny they are. The employees seem to be really nice when I pick up my orders. No problems there. Just this last time I went was VERY disappointing. Ordered two country fried steaks with brown gravy instead of white gravy. Large mashed potatoes and gravy and many other items. This trip here was to feed 10 people. As I got home. Handing out the meals for people. I was appalled. Those who ordered the country fried steaks. Their steaks were soggy due to having the mashed potatoes and gravy put on top of it. Why put the mashed potatoes and gravy on top? Like I understand the space and maybe a little covered, but just completely cover the steak. No other restaurant would do that. Give them points for at least doing the brown gravy for in the past never happens. We aren't a big fan on how the white gravy tastes. Missing 4 of 10 chicken legs we ordered. The chicken legs were tiny and barely had any meat them. Going into the brown bag with the smaller sides. This is where most of my disappointment is from. The other mashed potatoes and gravy and extra gravy were found upsidedown in the bag. Hot gravy spilled all over the other items. Fries and chicken tenders soggy with all the gravy over it. One of the lids for the mac n cheese had popped off and covered with gravy. Everything was covered in gravy. Wish I took pictures to show, but my hands were covered in gravy trying to clean up the mess quickly. By the time my husband and I were done cleaning up and was able to eat what little meals we had from the mess. The food had gotten cold. Also Missing dipping sauce for the tenders. Missing the biscuits too. I ended up having to make a meal/snack from an already tiring day due to the lack of food that was given to us because of the mess and things missing. Has hoping for KFC could satisfy hungry people and make a bad day better and easy. It did...
Read moreMy wife and I walked into the KFC store and were looking at the menu trying to see what we wanted to order. We weren't there for 2 minutes when a worker with the name tagged hat Caleb, wearing a black sweatshirt came out of the bathroom and went into the door to the kitchen/register area. Caleb then walked into the middle of the registered and looked very mean towards the hardworking staff cleaning tables in the lobby and with both arms spread , he tilted his head and pointed down at the ground looking at the staff behind us, cleaning tables. When that young man rushed to the register area Caleb pulled him slightly to the back but still clearly in visibility of us and within hearing distance and scolded the staff who seemed to have just been doing another part of his job, it was very unprofessional and very rude to me. The young man who was scolded repeatedly apologized and I kept saying there is really no problem, because really, there wasn't and shouldn't have been. I have been a manager for a while and I would never treat my staff in such a manner, it is uncalled for and ridiculous. I don't see why Caleb couldn't have just helped us out even just kindly gestured for help. I could see that the other staff was obviously nervous and didn't mean to upset anyone, I saw a hardworking kid trying to do his best. Obviously Caleb didn't though and he made sure everyone else knew too. Caleb's demeanor never changed after that either, he really seems like just a mean guy and I wouldn't be surprised, judging by the staff's reaction, if this is how he treats other staff all the time or even customers. I don't support stuff like this and will not be returning to this area. Please do something about this, no one should be...
