I’m really I bummed to write this review, but here we are. I made an appointment online and even confirmed via email that it was on the books. A couple of hours before my appointment time I receive a text that her power was out and she was working on an alternative, and that we might need to reschedule. No problem. I was flexible all weekend. As the appointment time grew nearer, I reached out to confirm either way what was happening with our session, and there was no response. I went to my appointment on time, and the door was locked, and no one answered. I texted again saying that I stopped by the shop. That was Friday, and it’s now Monday, and she hasn’t messaged me at all.

I had permanent eyeliner done by Olivia and wow, she is absolutely amazing! I had previous lash enhancement done elsewhere a couple of years ago that she cleaned up and refined. Olivia's application of the ink is super precise and gentle, which makes a world of a difference in terms of pain and comfort. During my visit, I found out she used to work professionally as a tattoo artist and I personally think that background of expertise carries over to her work now. Recently had a private party with Linked x Liv and it was amazing! We had so much fun just chatting while we picked out our bracelets. She was so intuitive with the sizing and could tell when the bracelet was too tight for one of our friends, and helped her make that decision. She was so personable and felt like we were old friends! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Fairly priced, great products and so many options to choose from...
