Personally, I am not into Thai food that much. It is my wife's choice and she has exposed me to it. I had heard from two friends, this place was really good so I told my wife. Last night we stopped in for the first time. This is an example of "never judge a book by its cover", it is attached to a gas station as if just trying to make use of extra space. After our first visit, I would say, you would be mistaken to not stop in and give it a try. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. As we sat and ate, I watched them interact with other customers and it was clear they have numerous regulars. We enjoyed the curry puffs, I tried them with and without the sauce. I preferred them plain, they tasted so good you didn't need the sauce. The panang curry, it seemed as though the sauce was a little thin but it was very good otherwise. I would order it again. The Tamarind Chicken was by far my favorite. I liked it so much, I could go back tonigh for more. The sauce was amazing. I enjoyed every bite of it. We also ordered the fried rice with beef. This was only issue I had. The rice alone was very very good, however, the beef pieces were very tough. I ended up just pushing them to the side and enjoying the rice instead. I wish there was a half star option, this would be a 4.5 review. I would recommend Thai Pan and we will certainly be going back to try additional dishes.

Wow!!! I’ve been trying to find my go-to Thai spot in the area, and after months of searching and lots of subpar Thai food eaten, I’ve FINALLY found it!! I was already excited to try it just by looking at photos and reviews. I tried calling to order takeout last Friday around 5:30, but it was over an hour wait! So today I called shortly after they opened and my food was ready in 15 minutes. I got the spicy basil fried rice and I was impressed even before trying it. It was so heavy! (Yes, I had to weigh it at home on my food scale, and it was nearly 2 pounds.) When I tried it, I was blown away. This is what I have been looking for! The flavors are amazing, the rice is perfect, the meat is plentiful. There are also so many vegetables in the fried rice, which I really appreciate. I got it mild (sometimes you never know if medium will be too spicy) and couldn’t really taste any spice, so I’ll know in the future to get the next step up. But it was all so, so good. I will definitely be back here many times!

My family was craving Thai. We’re new to the area so I had to dig through several reviews and cross reference DoorDash and Google reviews. Was planning on ordering from DoorDash but chose to go for pickup because they were right around the corner and I wanted to see the place that everyone raved about. Hands down wonderful option!! Food is flavorful, all the members of my family enjoyed it! Massaman curry was just the right spicy, I can’t even begin to imagine what Thai hot would be like. First time having Thai lomein and the youngest had several plates and said “THIS IS THE GOOD STUFF”! Crab fried rice (no egg) was so good! Can’t wait to have my Thai tea in the morning. I had to stop my husband from drinking his Thai coffee because it’s so late! Will DEFINITELY be back to sit in the restaurant and to try the Tom kha soup and to finally try the pad Thai. Hoping to bump into the owner to tell her how good it was, thanks Jade😆!!

This place is awesome. Every restaurant will have varied reviews based on very specific experience one may have, and sometimes it has not much to do with the food itself even. I ate at this restaurant 4 times with my family and friends, and it was plenty for me to ask them if they can cater an event.

The restaurant is located in a gas station as mentioned in several reviews, but everything else stands in contrast to that - simple decor, awesome food. I love Thai food and I visit Thai restaurants frequently. Pad Thai is the signature dish I always compare. This place has a great Pad Thai, but really so many dishes are exceptional. It is a Gem. The lady who runs this place is not always there, but I had her every time I visited and she is so pleasant and nice and accommodating. You don't get to meet many people like that, especially not in the restaurant business.

Now for the catering. They've never done catering before, and I'm not going to try and convince you to take them. I can tell you they were super great, but the whole experience just added to what I've experienced before and even more - she was such a pleasure to work with, coming up with menu, she gave great advice, and she listened. Yes, listened to us, and than gave her advice. She came herself to deliver the food, she worked on each platter/plate with such patience - it looked amazing! She served, made sure the food looks great the entire evening, and organized all left overs in neat way before she slipped into the night.

I'm very impressed with this place, from food to customer service. Sure, some may have different experience here and there for some odd reasons, but this place is a solid for me, and I highly recommend to any food lovers, especially Thai...

Cute little place. We had the papaya salad, Sizzling Bangkok Beef, the crispy duck basil. I should have taken pictures, my bad. The papaya salad was excellent. Loved the Crispy Duck Basil except that it came surrounded by raw brocoli as did the not-sizzling beef. First time I am encountering brocoli in a Thai restaurant. I have been to a number of Thai restaurants in my time, nary a piece of brocolli. I could not find my Thai cookbook so I did do a casual google search for classic Thai recipes and confirmed for me that brocoli is not common in Thai food. I am all about modifying classic recipes but I really don't think brocolli works, specially in such abundance. The portions of the actual dish were decent, you did not have to hide the food behind the brocoli. Sizzling beef was not sizzling. The beef was dry and unappetizing. The crispy duck and the papaya salad, four stars. Sizzling duck and brocoli, thumbs down. Don't get me wrong, big fan of brocoli, not denying that it is a star ingredient, just not in my Thai food or Indian food for that matter. I just don't think it goes with the flavors. Personal opinion, I also do not think beef should be cremated, particularly such a lean cut. Maybe a fattier cut (or a liberal slathering of beef tallow) or maybe just add the raw meat to a sizzling plate and leave it be. Look I will be back to try some of the other dishes. If they can get the fried fish right, I can be a fan boy. Rooting for you guys, NOVA needs its Thai restaurants. Hopefully I will not enounter brocoli on my next visit.

ps. I found my Thai cookbook and there is no brocoli in any of...

This is the greatest restaurant I've ever been to. Their food is amazing, I've been here several times and never had a meal I didn't like. They have the best customer service in the area. In fact, they regularly impress me enough to be a customer for life. My last visit they went above and beyond, staying open late to make a take-out order for me. I was being and idiot and made a stupid mistake in the parking lot that led to a severe cut in my wrist and all of the employees that were closing up the restaurant out front came to my aide. One called 911 for me and held the phone to my ear so I could talk to the operator, he also helped me lock up my work van and also tried to call my girlfriend for me. Another brought me a stack of napkins and new, clean dish rag to help me stop the bleeding. I even found out later that one of them called my girlfriend back until she picked up to tell her I went to the hospital. This event made me think back and I remembered several years ago they trusted me enough to loan me a gas can from the gas station when someone siphoned the gas out of my truck. This is a wonderful restaurant with an incredible group of employees that always offer the best customer service and I will forever be in their debt for what they did to help me last night. They even gave us a coupon for a free entree, took the kids meal off our check and let our 6-year old pick any drink in the gas station for free one night just because our son isn't a fan of Thai food. This isn't to say that they have a single bad dish, they have the best Thai food in the area, by...
