This past Sunday after church me and my family decided to bring some good friends to have lunch at Los Tios in Leesburg. Me and My wife we’ve been coming to eat there for the past 3 years, almost every month. we always tell everyone how great the food is and specially that they have the best margarita we ever had. This time, we came back and everything was fine apparently, but they mistaken added to our order an extra margarita and extra Yucca. As soon as the margarita came, we sent it back since it was not ordered. We didn’t send back the yucca since we thought it was part of our friends meal. No one ate the yucca and at the end it was in our bill. My wife when to talk with the waitress to remove the item since we didn’t order, and the worst happened, the waitress started screaming at my wife accusing her of lying of ordering that extra plate! She even said “you didn’t ordered but you ate it, huh?” And my wife was so confused why she was accusing her of lying. Then the waitress asked to come back to the table to show my wife that we ate! What the hell? And then she took that extra, non ordered plate out of our bill. My wife feels extremely disrespected, she was humiliated in front of our friends and called a liar! Im never ever ever coming back to this restaurant. We thought the staff was friendly, until this woman destroyed everything. Im no longer will recommend it to my friends, and i hope you train better your employees! Never seen anything like this before. Complete disrespect and...
Read moreOnly 4 stars because of the service otherwise would have been 3 stars. Been going here for years and well before expansion and getting proper venting from the kitchen. Disappointed from the food aspect. Free salsa....much too watery and bland although chips...hot and fresh. 2 of us went for various combinations of chicken, beef and chorizo fajitas while 1 went for beef burrito. Used to be pretty darn fast but we waited a long time in a half empty place for food to be delivered. Fajitas came with gristly beef, bland chorizo but well spiced chicken. Peppers and onions appeared they had just been thrown on the metal serving plate and onions not even translucent. Accompaniments to fajitas were very small serving sizes and beans, although I like the style, were lukewarm and/or cold. The burrito had been downsized from previous visits. A word of advice to the restaurant if a downturn in this restaurant's vision in the face of increasing competition in the downtown area would be to double down on making fresh, delicious dishes and not give up by serving inferior food or hiring inferior chefs especially at...
Read moreI went to Los Tios Grill in Leesburg on a cold icy Saturday around 7 pm, with my wife and son. We were seated promptly and provided menus, as well as chips and salsa, which were very good and replenished throughout our meal. The restaurant was warm and felt very comfortable. We ordered iced teas and a margarita. At many restaurants the iced tea lacks flavor, but not here. The iced teas here are delicious and were refilled several times during the meal without us asking. We ordered chicken taquitos, Mexican Flautas, and seafood enchiladas with Green Tomatillo sauce instead of the default Cancun sauce also without cheese or sour cream, thank you very much! We have been coming to this restaurant since they took over from the Italian restaurant that was here many years ago. I don’t know why there are bad reviews of Los Tios Grill, but that’s what prompted me to write this. I highly recommend the Fajitas, but truth is, I don’t remember not enjoying a meal here!...
