Cameron to the Lehi location on Traverse Mountain the girl knows my drink that I order I came in to complain about Saratoga springs attitude from the staff the way they treated me today and I showed her my drink my drink was dark in color it wasn’t vanilla like I ordered it and it had way more cinnamon that I wanted the drink was nasty and I wasn’t gonna drink it and I was afraid of the rude comments I got when I went inside the store to get a receipt that maybe they might’ve done something to my drink the girl that works there is a little blonde one was very rude and questioning that she gave to me which I didn’t understand it you know I just came in to get a receipt and I also asked for a cup of ice that I didn’t get that either The young kid in the drive-through was nice when a customer says would you like me to repeat their order the reason they say that is because of bad experiences of orders being incorrectly me that is the only reason I asked that question because that particular location has messed up my order so many times I debate some times whether to go to it but sometimes it’s convenient so I tried it again I will not come back to Saratoga springs location to order my drinks anymore the other locations always do it right and they definitely don’t over pour cinnamon in there so much that you can hardly drink it and there was so little ice in there that the drink was hot right away anyway staff members should never question the customer whether the customers there as a DoorDash driver GrubHub driver Uber eats driver and they decide to order a drink for themselves they are still a customer like anyone else and the young girl that works in Saratoga Springs and Sunday morning shouldn’t be so questionable to a customer or outright attacked them verbally that’s wrong I think the girl in the Lehi location for being kind nice and she has made my drinks over the years that I have come to that location and they always make it...

Beans & Brews in Lehi, Utah, is a hidden gem for coffee lovers. The moment I walked in, the smell of fresh coffee hit me – it was like walking into coffee heaven. The place is super cozy, with comfy chairs and a really chill vibe, perfect for hanging out or getting some work done.

But the best part? Addison, one of their employees. She’s just amazing. She remembers your name and your usual order, which is pretty cool. There was this one morning, super busy, and she was just handling everything like a pro, making sure everyone felt taken care of.

And let me tell you about this one time, a customer accidentally spilled their drink all over the floor. Addison didn't miss a beat – she cleaned it up in no time and even gave them a new drink on the house. Her coffee knowledge is top-notch too, she always knows what to recommend.

The coffee itself is great, they’ve got all sorts of choices, whether you like your coffee strong or something more fancy. And the pastries, oh man, they’re so good and always fresh.

Original post 2/25/21 - The coffee is good, especially their iced coffee and cold brew, but I can't handle the hot beverage cups at Beans & Brews. Like, I can hold it, it's not a temperature issue. But for whatever reason their cups almost always leak. I wrote a comment to their support line within their app and they made a note of it, but still I just can't trust that their cups won't spill all over me (which they have...). Also, I'm not a huge fan of being asked to tip in the drive thru. Like, it'd be different if I were sitting down for table service, but just build the extra cost (if there is any) into the price at the drive thru and please spare me that awkward question. Until those two things are really looked at, I'll just go across the parking lot to Harmon's for coffee. Way less friction.

Edit 2/28/22 - Bumping the review up one star because of the great service today. Liquids spilling from the hot cups are still an issue though. There are a couple local chains that use this particular lid/cup combo and it really is just terrible. I don't have this spillage issue with...
