I've only gone to roxberry a few times, but after this experience I won't be back. My daughter and I went to order smoothies here last week. I walked in and it felt off in here. The girl that helped us wasn't friendly, wouldn't make eye contact-which is normal from alot of teens these days. Another girl that worked there walked in, looked at us and rolled her eyes at us. I don't let others bad moods get to me, so I just went on my way. We got into the car and started our drive home. I started drinking and wasn't really that impressed by my smoothie, but I just spent 7 or so bucks so I kept drinking. As I drank I kept getting these weird fibers in my mouth. Initially I thought it might be the fibers from the mango, but it didn't feel like that. I finally grabbed one out of my mouth as I drove and was a little blown away to find what looked like a hair. I got home and had my daughter take a video as I dissected the drink and pretty quickly I found another "hair". I'm not sure if the girls sabatouged my drink or if their was something in the packaging that got blended up, but gross. I...
Read moreMy sister works at Roxberry, we are regulars and are very familiar with the smoothies. Today I order an all fruit smoothie. I have health issues, so it's important I eat as much fruit as I can. What I got was watered down juice. It bore 0 resemblance to a smoothie. I couldn't drink it. My husband's was also extremely watery. I know it wasn't just me because I watched them pour a PB smoothie into a cup for a woman that looked like chocolate milk. The woman actually made a comment about it and the kid shrugged her off and proceeded to leave 6 oz of smoothie in the blender. Super unimpressed with this location. We have been Roxberry loyal since the first store opened, if this continues they will just become the next Tropical Smoothie Cafe - overpriced water.
Edit: I don't want to have to go back when I am in a hurry to a doctor's appointment. People don't have time to go back and wait the 10-15 min it took to get the smoothie in the first...
Read moreI am torn about this because I love Roxberry and this location was my first intro to Roxberry. This time around it was not a good experience. My mom and I showed up, there was a couple of cars at the drive thru, and we were the only ones inside and the service was slow. We ordered and their main focus was the drive thru, even though the cars came after we ordered. For 2 smoothies and pretzel bites we waited 20 minutes, while they focused on cars at the drive thru. I can understand the 2 that were there before us, but the cars coming after we had ordered and had been waiting were still served before us. Then they gave us the wrong dipping sauce. The guy that showed up a few minutes after us waited just as long for 1 smoothie. Kind of sad when your main focus is the drive thru, even if they show up several minutes after an order is placed inside. Love Roxberry but be prepared to wait 20 minutes since the drive thru is more important that...
