most of the employees were super sweet but one thing I would note is how clingy the workers are in the fitting rooms. I was just about to walk out of my fitting room but turned around because I forgot to hang up a pair of biker shorts and from the corner of my eye I saw a employee just leaning against my fitting room and watching me through the small opening the curtain had. I told her I forgot to hang up a pair of biker shorts and she just stood there and watched me the whole time. The vibe was off and I thought I was over thinking it but my sister also noted that they were hanging around her fitting room to. I work in retail and I completely understand fitting room protocols like making sure a customer is finding everything alright and asking if they need anything but the constant watching and asking made me anxious and uncomfortable. I’m not sure if they thought we were stealing but my morals are high, I don’t steal, and we ended up spending 250+...

This place can get very busy but I did come here on a Sunday afternoon. Not a lot of space to move around. The clothes are trendy and cute. They are pricey but if it’s on sale it is affordable. The only con of any clothing on sale it’s final. No returns on sale items which is unfortunate. I had to put everything I was getting back because of this policy.

The only reason I am giving this place three stars is because of the dressing room set up. When you try on clothes there are no mirrors inside your dressing room. If you want to see your outfit you have to walk out in an open area were multiple people can see you. No privacy at all. There were also men sitting in the fitting area which was a little uncomfortable. I’m a bit self conscious about what I wear and it was overwhelming knowing I couldn’t try on clothes and see how I looked without tons of people watching. Very poor design on this store. I won’t be coming back...

I had such a good experience despite my reason for shopping. My youngest brother passed away on March 29th at the age of 25. His favorite outfit to wear was all white. I had purchased a dress online with express shipping but was not getting any updates. So in my desperation, I went to the store to buy backup items.

Chermaine, was such a great help. She was kind and patient and very helpful. She offered her condolences and immediately went to work finding me options to wear. She even helped my friend who was with me at the same time.

One of the tops I purchased they did not have my size in store so Chermaine overnight shipped it to my house. It arrived at the same time as the dress I ordered over the weekend that I was afraid wouldn't make it. I ended up keeping 2/3 things I purchased. The top she overnight shipped I wore for the second day of services.

She was awesome.
