I was highly disappointed with the lack of service I received. I placed an online order, for pickup, to be picked up at 10:31AM. The order was for a 36 piece nugget with a few sauces. The order placed fine, my payment went through fine. When I arrived at the restaurant, exactly at 10:31 AM as the app directed. I went through the drive-thru. When I told them I was there for an online order, I was rudely told, “Well we changed our store hours, we don’t open til 11 now.” To which I replied, “Oh the app took my order and said 10:30, should I just come back?” To which I was told, “Well we haven’t been able to change our store hours online yet, corporate has to do it.” “And if you look at your device, it should show your order cancelled.” Which was a shock to me, as I had literally checked it, as I pulled into the drive-thru. So I said, “Oh you cancelled it, so should I just come back at 11?” They responded, “well we’re actually open now, our new hours haven’t happened yet.” So why they ever mentioned the time change to me, I don’t know. Or why my order was cancelled if they’re literally open. So I said, “I need to order the 36 piece nugget, and that’ll be it.” To which I received a loud huff followed by, “You can’t order that here, you’ll have to order that online.” I was shocked, but still friendly, I mean I’ve been wanting to try these nuggets all week. I said, “Ok I’ll be back.” I drove around to a parking spot, placed an identical order, and waited the allotted amount of time. Onward to the drive-thru, I said, “Hi again, I’m picking up my online order.” A curt, “pull up” followed. I happily arrived to the food window. Finally the warm nuggets were within reach. The window opens, and I hear, “You’re going to have to pull up.” Window slams back shut. My mouth agape, I’m certain of it, pull up.. pull up. It was now nearly five after 11. I had been here over thirty minutes. But I pull up, and wait, and wait, and yes wait some more. Finally at 11:23 my nuggets are handed to me. I pull quickly into a spot in the shade. Open the bag, no sauces, no napkins, no happiness. The nuggets weren’t hot, they were wet from sitting in there box, and bag apparently just sitting in the restaurant. While I waited. Did they forget I was out there? Did they hate that I ordered so close to when they open? Or do they just have zero customer service experience. Whichever you pick, I am still left very disappointed. Definitely won’t be rushing back to KFC...
Read moreI have never yelled or been angry with a fast food employee, but today I came close. Instead I didn’t say a word except that I wanted a refund. I went to kfc today and I asked for a mashed potato bowl, and I said I also wanted a 4 leg meal and she stopped me and told me they didn’t have legs so I called who the order was for. They didn’t want it any more. So I still wanted my nuggets so I went back through to get them. She asked if I still wanted the mashed potato bowl, I said no. Then I placed my order and they handed me a bag, it was heavy and in a different container so I questioned it and said “I think you gave me the wrong order” and they assured me it was the right order they just gave me a different container. I trusted them and drove to Lees for the other person’s order. I drive 15 min. Home to find out they gave me the stupid mashed potato bowl. So I went back, they refunded me, but they made sure to ask for the potato bowl back. They gave cash back instead of putting it back on my card. Whatever. Side note- I ate in the place last week and all of the tables were filthy and I had to ask for a rag to clean one for myself. Probably won’t go there again because it’s not...

She said total was $8.29. When I got to window to pay she said $11+ dollars. I told her she said $ 8.29, she said prices have went up and they can't keep up with changing prices. I said, will you please check that cos $11 for one meal is kinda of high. She shut the window and came back and said it is $9.29. I reluctantly paid. She handed me a drink, which was mountain dew, I didn't take the drink in my car and held it out for her, she came back and told her, I ordered pepsi. She said you said mountain dew, I said no, we never drink mountain dew. So she took it back and I watched her make another mountain dew, which she handed to me and I said nope, it is supposed to be pepsi. Then, she handed me a drink that had been sitting there by the window all that time!
