I had no idea where to start when it came to buying an infant car seat and stroller. Looking online was so overwhelming, so my husband and I went into Kid’s Stuff Superstore and the stress just went away at that point. Karla is so knowledgeable about the brands and products and really spent time showing us different features of each and discussing what our needs were in a car seat. We confidently made our choice, and have loved it. Recently it has been time for a convertible rear-facing/ forward-facing car seat and we knew where we needed to go. Karla showed us a couple of models based on our needs as a family and was so patient as we compared them- even allowing us to buckle our child in to make sure we liked every aspect of the seat. Every time we visit Kid’s Stuff Superstore we are greeted with a smile and the most patient and knowledgeable staff. I love that you can interact with these products before buying them, which takes away the anxiety of blindly buying something online. The staff has never been pushy for sales or add-ons to us, it just seems they want us to make the best decision for our family’s needs/budget. I love kids stuff superstore. We went in to get a stroller for my son before he was born and the owner is so nice. It was a very expensive stroller but they had it reasonably priced and we were able to do a bundle with a couple of other items. She even offered to drop it off to us when it came in.

Then I had to get a gift for my niece and my poor baby needed fed and it took forever and she let me use one of her chairs to rock him and kept checking if we were ok. They have so much selection of mainstream innovatory and boutique like items, it’s so convenient.

They also have changing tables in the mens restroom, so dads don’t have to change their kid on the floor or in the women’s restroom.

Lastly, my baby has reflux and KSS has all the chairs out on the floor. She helped me find the best model for my baby and knew all about each design. She recommended the best chair for our situation not for her profit.

We’ve been to this store once, and have been so excited to return now that we know more about what exactly we need, but based on their hours it’s next to impossible for us to come back. Their weekday hours entirely overlap with many working professionals, which leaves the weekend. We checked their website and Facebook page, and nothing mentioned that they wouldn’t be open on Black Friday. Google says they are open, but does indicate that Black Friday might impact it, which is why we looked at their other sites. We drove 30 minutes to get there, excited to find deals for our baby, to discover they are closed today. They are open tomorrow with their sales, but we have a Thanksgiving tomorrow with family and will miss the sale. I think a really easy way to get more customers would be to advertise your hours and sales, as well as have hours that extend outside of the working day (for example from 11-6 even, wouldn’t extend their hours but would allow more customers to come...
