If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Iâll allow one star because their customer service was nice. Here were a few situations that ensured I (and my husband) will never shop through Menâs Warehouse againđ
Overall, incredibly disappointing experience and I wouldnât recommend anyone going through them for their event. Itâs a bummer because of the convenience of their locations nationwide. The stress that they gave me a week of my wedding isnât something Iâd want any other bride to have to go through. What really sucks, is that apparently this is a pretty known concept - I told my female coworkers who are getting married within the next two years to NOT go through MW and they all agreed that theyâve heard MW is awful. Just a heads up to anyone needing suits! đ
UPDATE: They also messed up and somehow ordered two suits for my husband. Not sure how or why, but he obviously didnât need two suits. So he OBVIOUSLY never picked up the second one - MW is now harassing him to return the suit that HE NEVER PICKED UP! Good lord you guys...
Read moreSTRONGLY SUGGEST NOT DOING BUSINESS HERE! Back in March my fiancee and I went in to select his tux and the groomsmen suits for our wedding in Oct. Our first visit to the store should've triggered the RED FLAG! We walked in and I asked the kid/guy working if they did tux rentals. He hesitantly responded with yes. So we walked over to the rental area with him and started to discuss options. My fiancee and I agreed on a white option with black lapels and specifically asked if we could get white pants with it. He was unsure, so I asked another guy working in the area. He pulled it up on his computer and told me ALL of our requests were possible. So we registered our order and thought everything was fine. In early August, I got an email about the guys going in and still needing to be measured. So I logged in to double check everything and saw that the grooms selection was completely white with no black on it. Once I got time, I went in to ask about why the option in our reservation was all white and didn't have black lapels. I was then informed that that option only comes with white pants. So the manager Chloe Kruse then got involved and apologized for the confusion and promised she'd help us figure what our options were. I thanked her for her time and told her I'd call to schedule an appointment when my fiance and I could come in again. She gave me her card and that concluded the visit. I then called and talked to Chloe on Tuesday 8/26/25. I asked if she'd be available that afternoon and she said no. So I asked if she'd be available on Thursday 8/28/25 around 4/4:30pm. She assured me that she would be available at that time. So I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 on 8/28/25. Thursday came and my fiancee and I showed up for our scheduled appointment and then the gentleman working asked if we needed assistance. I let him know that we arrived for our appointment with Chloe. He then informed us that she had left around 2pm and asked if we wanted him to call her. We both said yes because we had an appointment with her. The gentleman called and would over hear the conversation from a distance. She realized she screwed up and informed the employee to lie to us and say that she rescheduled the appointment with us. Which was obviously not true. The employee offered to help us but the damage was already done. We decided that they had enough opportunities to correct their wrongs and if they couldn't handle these simply tasks, we weren't willing to risk our important day.
So we left, drove straight to Shannon's Formalwear on O St and worked with a gentleman there. Within 20 minutes, we had everything selected. He was very informative, polite, and walked us through EVERYTHING! All of our questions were answered and we feel satisfied...
Read moreDon't go here, instead shop local, I had great experience at Shannon's formal wear! My only experience with mens wearhouse before this summer was in highschool where I had a decent time, I'm not fully able to remember exactly what that experience looked like. But for this wedding season I needed to get a suit for my brother's wedding where I showed up looking like a pirate, (the arms in my bottoned shirt were way to saggy and long) I could see how this could be my fault when the staff refused to re-measure becaue "I've been doing this for a while" was his response when asked to double check. My experience only got worse when I was a groomsmen again for a friend where the staff seemed to know less than me, but I got the suite ordered and thought nothing of it until the day before the wedding, where when I went to try it on and pick it up, my thigh couldn't even fit in the leg đ . The saving grace was that two staff were super helpful with correcting the mistakes of another staff (expres shipping of a new pair of pants and opening the store early). Both times I asked to be remeasured and I asked questions along the measuring process. I remember asking the staff after I tried to wear the second suit on what I need to do differently so this doesn't happen again, he didn't seem to have a response but was just as frustrated with the situation as I was. AND THEN planning for my own wedding my fiance and I went in to try and talk to staff, now mind you the store was empty, we talked to a female staff which isn't important to the story but she seemed more interested in flirting with another staff member than reassuring us to go through them. When she was able to respond she seemed disinterested and told us to schedule an appointment and come back when the store was empty and I was just wanting to ask 2 questions, roughly how much to buy, and how long does it take to get a suit in? But hey, we found help at Shannon's formal wear, where the staff was polite, patient, and walked us through ordering a custom suit. Just on reliability alone I would avoid this store. All they care about is money and not the experience there customers are having...
