We have visited many Blaze Pizzas at home in Florida. After leaving the Lincoln Children’s Museum, we wanted something fast to eat and we know the Blaze Brand. The line cooks went really light on the toppings, even after we asked for more as well as put them on uneven. The Blaze we usually visit at Disney Springs in Orlando does not have that issue with the toppings. We picked up our food and as we only have about three slices left of our three pies, water starts to drip on the arm of my 3 yr old son. I put my hand up to catch it and the drips keep coming faster. I pushed him in his booster seat to the far side of the booth and it’s a good thing he did not have a slice in front of him or it would have dropped all over his pie. I went to the counter to let them know and the shift lead Sabrina’s response was, “ Oh we know. That happens sometimes.” She then went back to talking to her co-worker. I go back to my table and let my family know and while we are discussing the lack of customer service, the African-American woman she was taking to, I did not get her name, came up to us to explain that the air conditioner does that when it gets really hot outside and that the management team knows. She apologizes for the situation saying that usually to recover from that they would just ask us to move to another table. As Sabrina sees her speaking to us, she comes over and the other lady walks away. Sabrina in forms is, again, that management know about it and have called for it to be repaired a few times already. My wife asked why don’t they just put a sign up warning people they may get dripped on. Sabrina replied with, “well, we can’t just close the table. Normally we would just ask you to move and take care of it then, but since you’re already just about done...” The clear implication that we were not worth the service recovery since we were almost finished with our meal. My wife asked her if she was a manager to which Sabrina replied that she was a shift lead. My wife said, “thank you Sabrina, we have enough.” Sabrina responded with, “Well no need to get rude!” She then stormed off in a huff back to the counter. We were still in the store for a further five minutes cleaning up my son and taking him to the bathroom; we were never approached by a store manager and Sabrina ignored and avoided us the rest of the time. This type of service is not what I expect from the Blaze Brand. While I will still continue to visit the Blazes around UCF and Disney when I am home, I will never visit this establishment again while...
Read moreThe parking lot for curbside which is their only parking is very small. When I got there was no open stalls so I parked adjacent from it since that was the closest parking for me so I didn't have to make laps around to park in front of the business. I got told that the deliver preferred to not walk two blocks to give me my food when in reality it wasn't even a block away from the business. I had my husband pick up mine since he had went inside anyway while I was on the phone. MY food was burnt and tasted very bland. The wrose pizza from anywhere I've had. I stand firm on me never going back. They said I could have free pizza my next visit but I hated the food so it doesn't make sense to return when the food was very unsatisfying. Plus I hate downtown with a passion so it was a big deal for me to go there the first time. All around this place isn't for me. I enjoyed Pizza Hut so much better. Which I had not too long after this place and it was cooked to perfection. I never had perfect pizza like that before. If you choose to go there, walk or deliver and check your food before you leave or you'll have a mouth full of burnt food. The crust was burnt and I had several different toppings but that's all I could taste even after I scrapped as much as possible off , I still couldn't taste...
Read moreSimply the best pizza you can get in Lincoln. The service is always good, they are fast getting your food out, and it is absolutely delicious. Also fairly cheap at around $8-10 for a pizza depending on what you get and they allow you to really load up your pie for one flat rate. My personal favorite is the high rise crust with classic red sauce. Top that with mozzarella, feta, parmesan, and ovalini mozzarella, roasted garlic, chicken, artichoke, spinach and if you like it spicy throw on some jalapeños. Pro-tip: the roasted garlic is ridiculous and no matter what pizza you get it is imperative that you get roasted garlic on it. I promise you won't regret it. I get extra so I can pick some cloves off and eat them on their own. We eat here all the time and if you're used to chain restaraunt pizza then you may be surprised at the inconsistencies if you are a repeat customer. Simply put, your pizza is not on a timed conveyor belt. It's a brick oven pizza and it's pulled out when the cook thinks it's ready. Sometimes it is a little more done, other times less, but despite this it is always delicious. I would also recommend getting a drink and trying their custom lemonades, the blood orange...
