Rent-A-Center — Local services in Logan Township

Got a $2,000 couch, end tables, and lamps set from them. Paid ON TIME, every single week , for over TWO years !! My payments were supposed to end in November, so here it is, the end of December and they are still taking payments !! So I called the store to simply ask why payments are still being taking out ,weekly ?? The guy I spoke with was rude as hell !! Made up some bull about how I am auto enrolled in some kind of agreement and it's MY responsibility to call THEM and tell them to stop taking payments!! Even though I payed everything off in November!! It's MY job to call you and tell you to do your job correctly?! As I'm trying understand why my money is still being taken, this man tells me HE is speaking now, so basically I have to shut up because GOD is on the phone. How disrespectful and unprofessional!!! Then to hang up on me ?! So let met get this straight, you take money for an extra MONTH and when I try to understand why, you get real smart mouth and hang up on me?! The sales ppl r rude. We got a beautiful brown Ashley sectional....initially we were to get a brand new couch, instead we got a used one. We were suppose to jave 6 months of payments knocked off nd now theyre refusing to do and r saying that the payments were taken off. Funny cause its still the same payments and same amount of weeks as when we signed!!! When i tried to tell her about this, she got very rude with me then called me a liar!!! Im keeping the couch cause i only have few payments left but i will NEVER go to this rent a center on pleasant valley EVER AGAIN!!! And im not ever late on my payments!! I need to say that this is due to the female that works there!! In all, go to the center on Plank Road....much nicer...
