No 1 Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Logan Township

No. 1 Chinese, really turned out to be a steaming No. 2. This review would not have been made had their customer service not been awful. And we ordered from here the previous day without issue. But they managed to miss 2 things on a $100+ order. Gave us 2 steamed orders of dumplings instead of fried. Which they had everything written down correct for our order, so not sure how they screwed that up. Upon calling them to see what might of happened or if we were able to get the rest of our order, the worker started screaming into the phone and then DEMANDED that we give them back the steamed dumplings that they gave us. The worker that showed up to deliver the fried ones, which were under cooked, was very adamant about not giving us the fried ones until he had the steamed ones in hand. He FLATOUT said that they were going to resell the steamed ones. That is disgusting considering what some people could’ve done in this scenario. So for that, they lost our business because of it. I will not be eating here again considering I don’t know how fresh the food may be that they probably brought back from someone else they gave the wrong order to. Truly...

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE... I asked for the sweet honey walnut chicken... I asked for light sauce and sauce on the side... As they put way too much sauce on top... It is cold sauce to begin with because it's supposed to be cold on top of hot chicken... How would you like to have a bucket full of cold sauce on your hot chicken? I called and asked him about it and the woman got on the phone and she just kind of gaslit me to eat it pretty much.. I will never be ordering from them again and I spend good money there...until this As I didn't eat the last chicken because it had way too much sauce on it... This is just not good for texture and it tastes horrible... She was not willing to listen to me she just kept talking over me and said it's okay it's okay but it's not it is absolutely horrible and disgusting and my kids will not eat it and I'm not eating it and I threw it out and I spent $30... You can't argue with someone that's not willing to listen I wasn't trying to argue but I was just trying to tell her can she fix it and she didn't give me a chance to say that... Ok, so I went to this restaurant like a week ago and I don’t like Chinese food that much so I went to McDonald’s first. I was with my brother and his girlfriend and they wanted Chinese food. So I went with them, my brothers girlfriend ordered her food and got it. When she ordered she said the wrong thing so she got something she didn’t want. (It was her fault not the restaurant.) So she ordered something else and gave me her food. I ate it and it was the best food I ever had have in my entire life. I suggest you go here, it is so good. I want to go right now just writing this review. There is barely anyone ever there, which is very surprising because as you know it is so good. I get sweet and sour chicken with noodles, I suggest getting a that. The tables are always clean and you can see the kitchen. I would give it 10/5 stars if I...
