Y.E.S. Altoona Cell Phone Repair Fix — Local services in Logan Township

My step dad bought a warranty w this company when he bought his latest cell phone. There are so many hoops to jump through to get your product registered correctly. You have to take pictures, register online, have receipts to prove. This company should have records as well. You shouldn’t have to have 28482 things for the warranty to work. They don’t respond for over 3 weeks. There isnt an actual number to call. Every time you talk to someone they say this is the wrong dept you need to talk to XYZ - they give you the complete run around.

Update to the owners response: Your business card is stapled to the receipt. Boost/your electronics source sold a 3rd party warranty called cell helmet. The warranty is if your cell phone screen cracks. Cell helmet is who makes you jump through hoops for the warranty. The total scam is you have to front the money for the repair and they reimburse you. (Which they don’t) Why should a consumer ever have to front money if the warranty is basically insurance. My problem with boost/yes, with this company’s exact address, washes their hands of a 3rd party warranty that I am sure they make profit on when they sell it. Hayden and the crew are top notch! I never write reviews but these folks really deserve praise. Hayden ordered me a new screen for my Google Pixel 6 Pro. It was there the next day! Visited this store for the 1st time today and was so impressed with the quick and friendly service. My issue was a stuck volume button, so I couldn't take a screen shot or turn my phone off in the regular manner. Gabe fixed it within seconds and did so in such a pleasant manner. I highly recommend this store and the 2 reps working were both so nice. I should add that my phone contract is not through Boost....but it may be soon....
