Chuck cheese is pretty legit these days. They upgraded out of the stone age and switched from tokens to the pay cards. Just makes for a easier experience for all. I do still enjoy the fact the machines give actual tickets. Its still satisfying in its own way. Almost all the food they make here is edible. Its not gourmet but its definitely decent. A broken game is few and far between here. In fact I'm honestly not sure if I even saw 1 and to say there's 100+ can't ban an exaggeration. The tubes are a little lacking and there's no ball pit and such but its honestly not that bad. The staff all seem attentive and they don't all look life the life has been sucked out of them like slinkies staff. All and all did say a solid 4.2/5. Will 100% return again and again. Sometimes it seems to be slightly understaffed. Been waiting almost 10 mins to get a staff member to restock tickets to collect our prize

For months, my daughter with special needs had been eagerly talking about celebrating her birthday at Chuck E. Cheese's. She had memorized all the songs and knew every character by name. When I learned that the last Chuck E. Cheese's in Pennsylvania with working animatronics was in Altoona, we knew we had to make the two-hour drive to see it before the band retired. As we journeyed, we listened to Chuck E. Cheese's music, building anticipation. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the venue was impeccably clean with a plethora of fun games for all ages. We were thrilled to see the animatronic band perform! Our party host was exceptional, and the manager went above and beyond. They both interacted perfectly with our daughter and her special needs. Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese Altoona, for making my daughter's birthday dreams a reality!

This was our $4 barely cooked fries. The pizza is not very good nor are the wings. Their prices have gone ridiculous mode. $28 for one timed hour of video games? The animatronics were took out last May and depending on who puts on the costume you can get a very lively.and engaging Chuckie full.of high fives and hugs...or you can get the FML Chuckie who doesn't give 2 you know whats about their job. The game.selectiom.is nice.although.its.missing the old.TMNT game but the lack of.a ball pit.and blaming it on covid? Give me a break...and their pricinf and rules.for rhe tramploine section.is almost unbelieveable. Their signs say you dont have to buy socks, then they make you buy them anyways...

clueless, expensive, cheap, over crowded, total chaos. absolutely never doing this again. for the price it’s ridiculous the amount of fighting and waiting I had to do. no one seemed to know what was going on. i put the food order in at the time i booked the party online. i check in the party and ask if we pay now or later. they say now and i do, i go to the table to see it decorated (after they called me two days before, and i informed them id have my own. took more time to get rid of their decor, yay!) the table next to us was dirty with random cups and plates of pizza (no party there) and the dance floor was disgusting. they call one bday table for pizza, then ALL tables back for pizza shortly after when ONE table had their food (took over an hour, had to do presents to make up time) i eventually went up to ask for cups bc only kids had theirs. they were clueless. a younger lady asked what i'm assuming is the manager for cups, she looks me in the face and goes “for what?” the whole birthday i planned ? why was getting drinks such a fiasco. then they told me i never ordered the food, they all disappeared for five minutes without a word, and then made me pay $100 for some cups and and three pizzas. they said they had the receipt of what food i ordered online and then had to ask me again what i wanted. why didn’t we just pay for it when i arrived, the whole point of doing it online. after we finally ordered it took another half hour. by the time we were done the kids only played for 30 minutes at the beginning maybe, they need to cut down the amount of parties at once. no animatronics, the interactive dance floor is in the way of the tables, half the games were down, the trampolines are $12 unlimited, after i was told otp it was only $8 PER kid. this place is so greedy for what it is. the amounts of tickets you win per game is VERY slim. half the games didn’t work. when we did get our pizza they told me it was extra we could have. when we didn’t even get the “first” order. avoid here and go literally anywhere else for more bang for your buck. chuck e. cheese is not what it was at all. the electronic cards are junk too. $200 for...

The pizza from Chuck E. Cheese's tasted good and doesn't taste like cardboard. I expected horrible food given the reviews but decided to give it a chance. We got boneless bbq chicken wings which were also good. All 4 of us got refills with our drink cups the entire time. The #2 meal deal was enough for our family of 4. Each of us got 3 slices from a large pizza but our son is a bottomless pit so we will upgrade to an XL pizza for an extra $3 next time. Our pizza and wings were hot and fresh and about the same quality and taste as Little Caesar's. Our kids ages 6 and 8 had a lot of fun. They each used 100 tokens in 2 hours. They loved the Dippin Dots icecream. It isn't too expensive if you use coupons which can be found on the website. **THE NEGATIVE : They do seem short staffed and there was a wait everytime we needed anything. Even if they hired 2 or 3 more people to work the front end it would make things better. The area by the front door isn't staffed at all times because the girl was also working the prize counter. There were people waiting to leave, people trying to enter, people trying to order food, and people waiting for prizes all smushed into one chaotic crowded little area by the front door. We went on a Sunday afternoon. I hope you have fun with...
