I am more than angry about this location. I drove to their busy drive thru happy to wait in line when an employee came out to tell me to pull up the front of the store so they could take my order. I ordered my food and she took my card and never came back with it. I thought it was odd and I became concerned she forgot to bring it back. Waiting almost an hour after the line in the drive thru had already come and gone I became very impatient. I had other employees coming to my car asking if other peoples orders where mine. Eventually the girl that had taken my order before came out with my food; however, she gave me someone else’s card. I quickly corrected her and she ran back inside. Nervous I checked my bank account and found they charged me for not only my order but someone else’s that was twice as much. I told her of the mistake and she said she fixed it. Checking my account days later they still have not removed the charge from my account. I couldn’t be more unhappy with them. Where was the manger in this entire situation because the poor girl that was helping me did not know what she was doing and was visibly aware of this herself. I am not upset with the girl in any way working in foods before I understand how stressful these situations can be but the manager or supervisor should have been taking the makeshift “pickup” orders...
Read moreVery disappointed with my visit. I created an order through GrubHub. The app told me that the order was completed and my card was charged. My son stopped to pick up the order and they told him that they didn't have the order. I then called them and they told me that they could see the order, but they weren't honoring GrubHub orders. The shift manager told me that they had received and apparently connected the GrubHub equipment, but they weren't honoring the orders. He call the store manager to ask what to do about it. When he came back I was told that they weren't going to do anything about it and that I had to call GrubHub to get my money back. I told him to pass along a message to the store manager that she had lost a customer tonight and then he got snotty and hung up on me. If you are going to have the equipment and set up for GrubHub (enough that you can see my order) you'd better either honor my order, or get your name off of GrubHub. Your problem is...

When we got there we decided to order smothered burritos my husband got the sweet pork burrito with mild sauce and I chose the raspberry chicken chipotle burrito, since it was our first time there we asked if it came smothered the girl taking our order said all burritos do but she didn't ask what sauce we wanted on my burrito being our first time we were confused since it doesn't explain it has its own sauce on the menu.
