Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love the products at this store but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the staff are super overbearing when you walk in the door. I've has a couple people just tail me when I'm in the store browsing like they think I'm about to steal something. For example, I have allergies, and I do need to smell the product that I intend to buy in order that it doesn't set off my asthma. A staff member came and asked me to stop opening the products to smell them and advised that they had testers for everything behind the counter. They don't keep the testers right next to the actual product and I don't want to have to go to the front of the store and ask for a tester for every product that I'm interested in smelling. That would be quite a few, and it's a waste of both of our time. If you don't want people to open the products to give them a sniff, leave the testers next to the product, or just use shrink wrap to ensure no one opens them. After she told me this, she just kept staring at me and didn't leave and it made me feel super uncomfortable. I felt like walking out rather than buy something, but initially went in to get something...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been a regular customer since moving back to Logan, and wanted to take the time and share how wonderful my experiences have been.
Not only do they carry a lot of soaps, soaks, and other bath products, but if there's a scent combo or a large batch of a favourite you want made, they're so easy to work with. For Christmas, I was able to get my brother a soap log in Sandalwood/Green Tweed using the Olive Oil base (since he is allergic to soy), and for myself I recently got Neroli/Sandalwood shampoo bars, conditioner bars, body wash, and lotion.
I always tell others to stop in, because theres something you will love, and the prices are fair for the work that goes into it. All handmade, and the staff are so friendly and easy...
