I give this five stars because even though my last visit wasnât great, it is still a wonderful location to go to. I had a bad experience due to something they had no control over and it would be unfair to hold it against them. During my last visit they were severely understaffed because two people called off and one of the three employees they did have during their peak busy level had to file a report about a robbery since that is when the cop showed up. There was quite a long line to check out and only one cashier, but there was a women who demanded to a refund on items she didnât have a receipt for and she wasnât willing to accept store credit. After her there was a women who bought some items and then exclaimed immediately after purchase she used the wrong card and needed a refund immediately, she refused to accept that it would take 24-48 hr. To return the funds to her card so she had the only cashier call customer service and stay with her till she finished hearing from two other people telling her the same thing. She then blamed the cashier for her failure to understand which card she should have used to make the purchases even though the cashier literally couldnât have done so. After dealing with these two very obnoxious and pushy customers the cashier was finally able to start moving the line along while apologizing for the wait she didnât cause. The one employee was finally done with the police report and so he got on register to help out with moving the line. They finally arrived at me and I was quickly cared for and could leave, but unfortunately the gentleman left a sensor on one of my items so in order to not disrupt the line of ever angering customers left I waited in the line again to get this tag removed. While I was waiting in line a second time a man got behind me. No more than 5 minutes latter he became irate and threw down his items knocking things off the shelf. He then went to find the only person they had watching the floor to yell at her and tell her that this was the worst customer service he had ever had. He yelled so loudly that the whole store could hear him as he screamed at this poor girl who was just trying to assist people with bra sizes and to fix the ever growing mess the store has accumulated. After he was done with his rant that lasted longer than the time he had even waited in line he stormed out tossing things about on his way to the front. The poor women was trying to calm herself down when another customer asked why she wasnât on register to help out. đ They had been robbed not to long ago, they needed a floor person to prevent that from happening! Despite having to wait in a long line twice all three staff members were wonderful, cheerful and tried there very best to remain calm and still give 200% focus on making sure to give each customer the attention that some did not deserve. I wish more people understood that being short staffed happens and it isnât enjoyable for anyone to have to deal with and that they should be polite and considerate when a store is clearly trying their best with what they have like these...
Read moreI was in the Yorktown Mall location yesterday with my daughter and we bought a shirt and a bra. The line was super long so I got pulled to the side and was checked out on what looked kind of like an iPod and the lady told me that bras were 2 for $52 and I should go pick out another bra. I was in a hurry so I did and then she couldn't get the Bluetooth receipt to print so I told her she could have it emailed to me. Now my shirt was $38 and when you add the 2 bras that were supposed to be $52 together that adds up to $90. I was charged $131 but I was in a hurry and needed to get back to work so I told her to email me the receipt so I could look into it later and I left. When I got off of work after a 12 hour day I looked at my email to find that the Victoria's Secret staff did not email me my receipt. So I called customer service to resolve the problem and after 45 minutes of being on the phone they told me they couldn't send me my receipt and if I wanted it I had to go back to the Yorktown Mall the next day and get it. Now my mother has been in the hospital for 7 weeks and just got out and I have to take her to doctors appointments and my mother in law just got diagnosed with colon cancer and my uncle just died and I have a full time job with 3 kids. Why should I have to go back to the store to get a receipt that should have been emailed to me when it wasn't my fault but the Victoria's Secret staff? I said this to the operator on the phone and was offered a 20% off coupon if I went in to get the receipt but frankly I have no time. So they said they could mail it to me in 3-5 days with no coupon and I demanded for it to be overnighted which was refused. But when I woke up in the morning they sent me the receipt via email and said they are going to over night the receipt so why couldn't they just take care of it to begin with instead of wasting 45 minutes of time that I don't have...
Read moreMy husband and I were shopping for maybe 5 mins. We were in the store for 25 more mins. We walked up to the register and the girl put her register closed sign up and just walked away. We went to the girl in the middle, there was an employee and then manager standing there. A 3rd girl walked up with a customer to do an exchange. The employee walked away and started folding shirts while me and 3 other customers waited as the lady doing the exchange argued about the price. We waited for 10 mins. The girl folding shirts walked back up and took a customer to the back register where we were originally at. My husband went to go see if she was taking more customers and she told him that they have to close the register and redirect everyone to the register I was standing at still. The selection is better then most but they seem really disorganized here. We won't be...
