Been getting my jewelry fixed here for the past 3 years. I’ve recently in the past year started buying multiple necklaces from them. One of the workers there always fails to remember me, and always has very smart remarks when it comes down to purchasing items. I found a pendant I really liked and one the employees I have a great relationship with told me to come back, that he’d save the pendant and the necklace for me and to come back when I was ready to purchase! Well I went back, the employee I talked to wasn’t working and I had to try to basically get the guy that was working to sell me the chain! It wasn’t until I showed him multiples chains on my spouse’s neck, purchased from their store- that he Was ready to sell me the necklace. He ended off with, “You should be smiling, she saved you! I remember her because that pendant is only made here.” The funny thing is, my spouse was never with me when I purchased the necklaces. How aren’t you able to remember me and I’ve been here over 10 times bringing them service. Ultimately, I got my chain. But the customer service that employee provides is terrible.
