This location has the worst customer service. A buisiness center that's supposed to offer superior service to its buisiness clients yet all i got was the opposite. A pointless buisiness account that not only offers no benefits worth mentioning but the service offered is even worse. I had to lug thousand of pounds of products all the way to the back adding additional strain and time. Then tap pay to save money their corporate sets up cards as cash withdrawals to bypass credit card processing fees per my credit card holder. Then they don't offer phone sales I can't type numbers in manually. They send me a pointless link that keeps closing clearly the link has issues. So I'm getting frustrated yet I kindly asked the girl working the buisiness counter if they can help because their link isn't working instead of saying yeah let me help let me see just nothing she says yeah let me give you our customer service 9999 add number. Me like are you kidding me your right in front of me but you making me call your 1800 number what a joke and completely rude and un helpful like I'm right in front of you so I asked for a manager it to 25 minutes for him to get there by that time i figured it out. Then their process for buisiness is ridiculous I have to drive around back load myself or atleast 80% then I got receipt it was missing a 1200 dollar saw i bought so then to get the receipt she needed to verify I'd which I left at home which added all hrs to this process as well as their ridiculous policies. So because I didn't have my ID she had to get the manager for a bypass remind you all of this because I wanted a receipt. So I ask the manager what's up with this ridiculous process I exsplained the chain of events as well why do they make the process harder for businesses than a regular customer. Hos response sorry it's always been our process it cooperates rules. Every company make it easier for businesses one because we spend hundreds of thousands a year 2 because time is money. So not only did I not get discounts for having a buisiness account but I got a ton of work added to my purchase hrs of lost time . 0 customer service 0 help. I will never buy here again worst experience ever. It wasnโt on the shelf, but I had bought the same item a few weeks earlier and knew from experience that they sometimes keep them in the back. I explained this to an employee, who checked with a coworker. That coworker confirmed that, yes, items are sometimes stored in the back. But instead of checking, the employee decided to ask a third staff memberโwho claimed he had already looked for it on Saturday and it wasnโt there.
That third employee then approached me with a rude attitude, hands in his pockets, and bluntly told me it wasnโt back there. He discouraged the first employee from even double-checking. Iโve worked in the trades long enough to know that sometimes a second set of eyes makes all the differenceโbut that kind of customer service wasnโt a priority here. Apparently, having three employees wandering around is more important than helping a pro customer find what they need.
When I asked to speak with a manager, his response was even more disappointing. Instead of assisting, he told me I could leaveโessentially backing up the poor service and attitude of his team. Last time I was here, they had nine of the same item in the back and none on the shelf. This tells me that stocking issues and lack of accountability are ongoing problems at this store.

Iโve built seven offices and two homes over the years, and Iโve always used the Highlands Ranch Floor & Decor with great results. However, my experience at the Lone Tree location was a disaster. I purchased 114 boxes of luxury vinyl flooring. My contractor picked up the order, unaware that an entire palletโ48 boxesโwas missing. This caused the project to come to a halt. The store insisted the order had been fully picked up and couldnโt locate the missing items. Only after a full day of delays did they finally find the missing pallet. To add insult to injury, I later bought 4 extra boxes from the Highlands Ranch store and found out they were $14 per box cheaper. When I asked Lone Tree to match their own companyโs pricing, they refused. The store manager, Mike, was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process.
