This place is amazing as far as for having everything and anything you need but the customer service was beyond horrible and the manager that was called was even worse her name was Jody now I went to go return some extra Christmas items that I didn't need their decorations mind you have my receipt but it was a little faded they told me that they couldn't read it so I couldn't refund it and I asked if they can look at my transactions with my phone number because I used my loyalty number as they looked it up they seen all the transactions on the computer but then proceeded to tell me that the date and time didn't show on the receipt so they couldn't do it without that which made no sense at all I left the building but before that I had asked if they could show me on the receipt where the day and time is but they cannot provide that I went outside and called but it was put on hold I wanted to know what was the return policy and if it mattered that my receipt was a little faded if they if they had all the transactions on the computer when they looked at my phone number but I could not get an answer but upon looking at the receipt I didn't noticed he says no hassle returns when you use your loyalty number I remember going to show them that and the manager said okay let's do this let's bring these up and have to see it to tell me that certain items were not on receipt and I had to look them up and show her which ones they were she still will not give me a refund made up another thing about me having to go take back to the store this lady was discriminating and being very very rude which only showed me signs of racism I felt so singled out in...

Customer service is completely horrible and non existent. The manager with long grey hair is the worst.
They had a ton of outdoor cushions and other things on clearance.
We looked in the area rug section and they had a few area rugs on sale. We found 2 with 50% off stickers. One was 19.99 and the other was 99.99. When we went to checkout they both rang up at regular price⦠as the cashier was ringing stuff out he made us remove our coats and baby bag from the cart insinuating we were stealing.
Because he couldnāt get the system to change the price of the rugs he called the manager (long grey hair up) and she was trying to refuse us the discount price. She tried to rip the 50% off sticker off the rug and couldnāt get it off. Once again insinuating we tried to steal.
She checked on her phone and said this is the system price so it is what it is⦠but both rugs were visibly opened and already looked at or returned⦠like come on now, weāre not paying full price for those rugs.
She finally agreed to honor the price on one of the rugs⦠we bought $200 worth of outdoor cushions. Weāre not going to switch stickers on rugs. The 2 customers in front of us also had issues. One with a rug!
But this all rehashed memories from our previous visit. They had a bunch of candles on clearance. Not 1 candle rang up for the clearance price⦠she was also the same one that refused to match that price.
So my question is⦠why mark stuff down if youāre not honoring the price?

Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a very poor customer experience at this store. My girlfriend and I came into the store to shop for wall decor. We came across a marked down picture frame that had visible damage (hence why we assumed it was at a discounted price) and was the only one of its kind in-stock.
Two things happened when we were ready to check out.
The checkout service was understaffed and poorly executed, creating an unnecessary wait. When we weāre checking out, the cashier refused to sell us the picture frame at the discounted price and made the assumption that the price tag was placed there by a non-employee. We watched her struggle to pick off the price tag and then very unpleasant when she insinuated, to her manager, that we placed the price tag on there, when she called for a price check. All that was offered was a small discount for an obvious clearance item.
Needless to say, it was not a great shopping experience and we do not plan to give this particular At Home store our...
