Justin is fantastic! If you're set on a Lovesac Sactional, go see him! He was beyond helpful and informative. With that said, we will be returning our set. They're comfortable, decent couches. But with a 20% discount we STILL spent over $4,000. Now that we've had them in the home and been able to try them out, we are pretty disappointed at that price. I'd be super happy with them for $1,500...maaaaybe $2,000. But a $4,000++ couch shouldn't be as difficult as these are. They shouldn't need their pillows adjusted every time you get up. You shouldn't be able to feel the hard back of the chair through the pillow. The storage should be easier to access - The corners easily tip in causing quite a fuss getting them back on. I wouldn't call it easy to assemble by any means. I'm pretty in shape but even I broke a sweat wrestling with it. I tried to surprise my husband and have them set up when he got home.... The struggle was real!! They don't give you enough feet to have in every corner so the couch end up visibly sagging in places. The clamps help that, but don't alleviate the problem. Getting the feet on the back part of the couch if it's against a wall is a workout above the one I got trying to unpack them. So was putting on the covers. The cover we got collects every little fuzzy and hair and holds onto them when you vacuum. You basically need to pick each one off individually. Don't get me wrong. The IDEA of the couch is great. And if it were half the price, I'd be super happy. But the quality and versatility are definitely not worth what you pay when there are similar options out there for barely more, less, or the same amount of money. BUT!!! The bean bags are amazing and I love them! We bought one well before they hacked up their prices and it's lasted a long time and has...
Read moreI visited this store in January, ordered a couch, waited for almost three months to be told they were not making it because the fabric was poor quality, which is fine. However, they first told me the delay was due to high demand. They then offered me options without any caveats. When I tried to use them I was repeatedly told that I could not. After many frustrating phone calls and emails I was able to get that cleared up. I asked for swatches almost a month ago and they were unable to send me what I needed to see and yet again told me I couldnât have what I was entitled to. I finally gave up and am still working on getting a refund for the drink holder I bought, which the store was unable to do. I emailed customerlove (they seriously need to rename this thing)and they are ignoring me. Iâve found a lovely couch in what appears to be the identical fabric for a small fraction of the price at Sears. This product is grossly overpriced and I would expect decent service to be included. The only reason I donât give 1 star is that the people in the store are decent folks.
Iâve never in my life left a bad review online for a company but this is so bad I feel I have a responsibility to warn others. I expect the response to this will be that I should contact customerlove. Already done that many times, I canât imagine it will be any different this time around. Sears will upgrade your entire sofa to any fabric you want for about $100. Lovesac will charge you an arm and two legs for anything but the most basic. Save your time, money and sanity by...

My husband and I wanted to buy a sactional during a one-day sale for our new home and we were told that it would not ship for 4-6 weeks. We wanted the couch to be shipped to our new address, since it would take so long to process. We would definitely be in our new home by then (move in date 3 weeks out from ordering). We asked if we could reroute our order if the order processed faster than expected and the representative told us, âYes, definitely. Just call the store once you get the email that says âprocessedâ and we can send it to a new address.â
Well, of course the order processed 2 weeks early and when we called the store immediately upon receiving notification that the order is processing, they said, âOh, sorry. Thereâs nothing we can do.â The new representative that we spoke with said weâd been given âmisinformationâ.
To make matters worse, the representative in the store that completed our order was very short with us and clearly stressed. When I asked how to put the modular couch together using the connector pieces, she said, âOh, you donât know that already?â No... I donât. Iâve never bought a LoveSac before... And then she did not show us how to arrange the sactional.
If you go to this LoveSac location, be prepared for them to tell you anything to make the sale, have a unpleasant in-store experience, and donât trust the processing/shipping times if you are trying to...
