Niko Niko Boba — Restaurant in Lone Tree

I ordered the boba ube drink, and it was very disappointing this time. It tasted watery, almost like ice water. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had it—before, it was actually really good, so I know the drink can be made well. On top of that, the crème brûlée on the drink wasn’t even torched to a brown finish like it should be.

We only had a sip before realizing we didn’t like it. When we told the staff, the girl at the counter first said they couldn’t remake or refund it. We asked for a manager, and eventually the team lead stepped in and gave us a refund, but she kept repeating that even if they remade it, it would still taste the same.

Honestly, that kind of response doesn’t feel right. The owner should really check in on the workers from time to time to make sure quality and service...

I have been going to this tea stand since they opened. They have good service and good tea. However I’ve noticed that they used to serve a greater amount of boba sometime ago. I always get a large milk tea. But the lately I’ve noticed that the boba at the bottom is much less in quantity than it used to be. I don’t know if they are trying to conserve their boba, but as a paying customer I expect the portions to be fair. I love Chatime but I know of other boba shops in the area that are giving a fair amount of tea and boba...

The owner need to keep an eye on the workers. Theres no way a boba drink could be this bad. Its sooooo waterdown!! Ordered matcha and u cant taste it at all whatsoever. Pretty much taste just like ice water. Surely theres a mistake in the preparing.

The only reason i gave 1 more star because the boba pearl itself is actually good! Its soft and has the sweet taste to it.
