I got my ears pierced here almost four months ago and I cannot stress enough how you should go to an actual piercer with an actual needle.

The gun they use still causes the same amount of harm a Claire's gun would, they're just banking on you not doing any research. The blunt force still damages your ear.

My right ear is angry, irritated, and infected because the crappy jewlery they pierced with traps all sorts of gunk in your ear hole. And the piercing spray they give you to clean it with? Sodium hypochlorite, phosphoric acid, water.

You know what happens when you mix sodium hypochlorite and water? BLEACH! You're spraying bleach on your ears. Just use saline spray for god's sake!

Don't get your ears pierced here. Search for APP piercers in your area. And nurses, don't quit your job to pierce ears at this glorified Claire's for people who spend a lot of time...

Rowan was a great place to get my daughter’s ears pierced. She’d gotten them done before and they got infected so we had to let them heal and try again. They were so helpful when she was nervous and this time, it’s been 4 months since she got them pierced and there have been zero issues with infection. They also helped us change out her earring for a different pair when we were ready for a change. And then this week my daughter lost one of her original earrings so I called to see if we could replace it but they were discontinued. She was so sad, but they said they had one in the back she could just have! They made her day!! Can’t recommend...

My daughter has been wanting to get her ears pierced for a while now so we made a same day appointment. Courtney was absolutely incredible! She was patient, informative, and made the whole experience fun. She also was clearly an experienced piercer and made sure everything was fast and as painless as possible.
