Super disappointed of the lack of customer service that I just received at this location. The gentleman working seemed annoyed to have me there. When asking about replacement lenses, he stated they don’t have lenses for metal frames, and the only option would be to purchase a new pair. I asked for a customer service number to call to see my options, he told me to just go online and look.
Shortly after I called the Castle Rock location to see if they happened to have them. Although they did not have them in store or on their main online site, Liam helped me navigate through a second Oakley website to find them. When asking why this wasn’t offered at Park Meadow’s, he apologized and mentioned they must not have wanted to go the extra mile to help. I couldn’t agree more and will not shop at this location...
