OAKLEY — Local services in Lone Tree

Super disappointed of the lack of customer service that I just received at this location. The gentleman working seemed annoyed to have me there. When asking about replacement lenses, he stated they don’t have lenses for metal frames, and the only option would be to purchase a new pair. I asked for a customer service number to call to see my options, he told me to just go online and look.

Shortly after I called the Castle Rock location to see if they happened to have them. Although they did not have them in store or on their main online site, Liam helped me navigate through a second Oakley website to find them. When asking why this wasn’t offered at Park Meadow’s, he apologized and mentioned they must not have wanted to go the extra mile to help. I couldn’t agree more and will not shop at this location...

Total joke I asked the sales associate for prizm replacement lenses he asks me what color I would like? I asked him what are my options. He said he would bring out what they had. Instead of say they don’t have any prizm lenses in stock he brings out polarized lenses like that’s what I asked for. Starts pulling them out of the boxes. How it’s it that this guy is that dumb to think I’m going to buy something I didn’t ask for. And why is it that the Oakley store is complete sold out of every prizm len? I had an outstanding experience purchasing prescription sunglasses, thanks to Drew’s exceptional customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable in answering all my questions and concerns about progressive lenses and the various lens options available.
