I shop here a lot. The staff is usually pretty friendly. I usually go to the store dressed nice, but the other day I had the run in to look at dresses for a wedding. I just got done with a workout and wasn't looking my best. Let's just say if you don't look like one of them, they will ignore you. There's one lady there who never says hi to anyone no matter what!! She's so rude..She's the only African American that works there. Some people need to come down to earth a bit.. just because you work at White House doesn't mean you have the best job in the world and can treat people like they don't...

Michelle and her associate went above and beyond for me last weekend!! I had purchased a dress from WHBM online and it had a flaw. The "system" of course had an issue finding my order, but Michelle persevered, got the return done and found me the last dress in the country in my size in another state! I received that dress in the mail today and it is perfect!! This dress is for a big deal wedding and Michelle came through BIG TIME! WHBM will be my go to for special events going forward, especially the team at the Park Meadows store. Thanks for saving...
