I actually frequently come here because it’s close by my apartment and ALWAYS buy top shelf. I won’t deny when it first opened up everything was great, the quality, the staff, and the vibes. Today I arrived at 9:26 after running for three blocks and was about to get let in by the receptionist until a security guard said I’m not allowed to. I already knew what I wanted I wasn’t there to browse around. I even mentioned it that I already knew what I wanted. There wasn’t even a line or anything. Place advertises 9:30 closing time. Never heard of any place of business to turn down a customer 5 min before closing time. The fact a real staff member was trying to let me in and a hired guard forced her to say no is quite pathetic in my opinion especially after considering I’ve been let in before at 9:29 and that day had a line out the door! A lot of other dispensaries in the area would hold the door for you. Not to mention after a while I’ve started to realize it’s hit or miss on the freshness. At times my weed was drier than baby formula and I still came back. Might rethink about frequenting this...

Just went in to get flower. And everyone is really nice up front get to the bud tender John and things took a turn. I asked him about the half oz specials that they had and ask the percentages on the thc and he instantly says these have a better deal on them referring to the cheaper flower. Like really ( I guess he thought I couldn’t afford it ) after that I tell him I’m not really worried about the price. He comes back in tells me what I initially asked. I took my product and as he’s ringing me up he takes my cash and makes sure it’s not fake but the way and how many times he checked my money was offensive. I work around way more money then that and I don’t know anyone who checks money like that. I understand he’s doing his job but if passes through the first time or even the second time maybe it’s real John. Lastly since I was disappointed in the service I received I opted to give no tip since I did that I received no thank you or anything very terrible customer service John. Get it...

I LOVE this shop. Ive been coming here for a few months now, every Thursday after work and whether it’s super busy, or slow, the staff members ALWAYS treat me with amazing customer care. All the employees are really friendly people. But I would love to give a special thanks to a few employees: Wilbur for always taking the time to greet me. He’s the first person I see and him greeting me with a really positive vibe already sets the experience, a good one.
