Level Furnished Suites – Long Beach — Hotel in Long Beach

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience staying at Level in Long Beach. My rental car was vandalized in their residential gated parking area, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have received no help or support from the property management team. The damage to my vehicle amounted to over $15,000 due to extensive scratches all over the car, and despite this, the property managers have shown no responsibility for the incident. They did not even waive the $150 monthly parking fee, which is unacceptable under the circumstances.

On a positive note, the location of the building is central and convenient, offering easy access to many areas in Long Beach. The building itself is new and clean, with great amenities. The area around the building does include a significant number of homeless people, which is something you should expect given the location in Downtown Long Beach.

However, the overwhelming issue remains the ineffectiveness of the property management team, who are unhelpful, irresponsible and have no disregard to visitors well-being.

I absolutely am loving my stay at Level Long Beach and wish I could stay longer. The amenities are top notch. The staff were all great and upkeep of shared spaces was constant. Very clean.

It won’t take away stars but be aware the pillows aren’t great, firm and quite thick and the lights from parkade lit up the room despite shade. So come prepared if these things bother you.

Took me about 1hr 20 minutes from airport on metro train. Super easy to get to without a car, but if you have a car, parking is only $5/day and we had no issues with car safety.

Like any city these days, yes there are homeless people around but I never felt unsafe.

Lots of restaurants and great grocery store within a few minutes walk.

I would 100% recommend...

There are many thieves in this building. I got several things stolen. So did many people I met in the building, Joey and Sandra are the “managers” and they are easily the most incompetent people I’ve met. The staff is confused, no one knows what they’re doing. The homeless are outside the building doing crack. Just avoid this place 🤷🏽‍♀️ and if this gets deleted I’m putting this again and again on every review site. They literally have been deleting comments for anyone who comments negatively that’s why there...
