I had a disappointing experience with this property regarding my security deposit. When I signed the lease, I was told my full $1,000 deposit would be returned. However, upon moving out, they deducted $295 for a "professional cleaning fee" without prior notice or any specific clause in the lease stating this was mandatory.

When I asked for clarification, they kept referring to the lease agreement, but it only states the apartment should be left clean—it doesn’t mention an automatic cleaning charge. Worse, they refused to escalate my concerns to a higher team to resolve the issue.

To make matters even more frustrating, they miscalculated the refund amount. Even if they deducted $344 in total, I should have received $656, but they only returned $555. They even put the wrong apartment number in their calculations! I highly doubt they even calculated for the...

Lived there for a full year and the management team could not be worse. No complaints ever got taken care of. Always issues with the “amenities” around the building. There was a week span where the garbage chute was backed up and no one fixed it despite multiple complaints from the tenants of my floor. There were fruit flies swarming around by the time they got to it. Walls are paper thin and if your upstairs neighbor wakes up early well then you are too. Management team is very rude too, anytime I came to them with a complaint they would be very standoffish and dismissive which is crazy because I pay for them to fix those same issues.
