Approx 2 weeks ago I WAS IN THE STORE WITH MY DOG. The cashiers don’t understand English very well and they seem to get frustrated, so they decided not to allow me to buy my items and as we are walking to the door to leave the security guard picks up a big case (24 pack) of bottle water and raises it over his head and throws it at me and my dog, well it hit my dog and injured my dog, and as that is happening the cashier throws a big gulp cup full of soda at us, once I was able to get outside the security guard starts throwing single bottles of water at us outside… I CALLED 7-11 customer service number and filed an injury liability claim report. I received an email advising me to contact the store to get there insurance information, but the store never answers, so I GUESS I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BIT TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS STORE… by the way I have a video recording of this whole situation and I can assure you that no jury is gonna be very happy to see what’s on this video… 7 eleven it’s clear that you have no intentions on taking this injury claim seriously that happened in your store and by your employees and your security guard… I have a feeling this is going to end up costing you a lot of money because I’m definitely going to pursue this and start a lawsuit since you guys feel the need to not contact me about this… you injured my dog and this video shows clearly that your employees had every intention to cause bodily harm to us and you did… so good luck and you will be receiving a DEMAND NOTICE LETTER SOON FROM ME WITH THE DOLLAR AMOUNT THAT I WILL BE DEMANDING FROM YOUR STORE… take care...

She decides to take on another customer (who looked like her friend) in middle of attending to me - no word of apology. Seems the register went out of order - decides to just walk away without any word. Picks her bag, say an affable byes to her colleagues and leave! Shift-end, looks like.
