BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF YOU WANNA BUT ORIGINAL MERCH! I visited this shop on recommendation and asked if the lightstick was original and to check the box, but the man replied very rudely “pay first.” Even though that was my first red flag, I noticed he had tested the lightsticks for others (after purchase), so I decided to take the risk. The one he gave me glowed faintly at the shop, and I assumed it might be due to low batteries. But once I got home and tried brand-new batteries, it won’t turn on at all. That’s when I realized it had a charging port, which original lightsticks don’t have, confirming it’s a replica. I paid $62.99 + tax ($69.13) for this, and honestly, I should’ve just bought it at the venue. Really disappointed.

Amazing customer service and large variety of merchandise. I'm a tourist and was wandering around just window shopping. Saw this and went inside with my sister and was just impressed with everything. They are well organized, clean and some stores make me feel cramped and claustrophobic but this store just had everything right. Best part, my sister bought a lightstick and the associate put in batteries and ensured it was working before we left! Either great customer service or smart company protocol, the associate tested it in front of my sister so neither can dispute that the light stick wasn't working when purchased. I also like the huge display they got, it was interesting to see the different light sticks for each group.

KPOP Music Town is hands down the most packed K-pop store I’ve ever been to. If you're a fan, this place is like stepping into a dream. They have absolutely everything - lightsticks from all the major groups like BTS, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids, Seventeen, TXT, ATEEZ, and more. You'll also find a huge selection of albums, photocards, posters, plushies, face masks, fan merchandise, keychains, and even toys. Whether you're looking for official merch or cute little extras, there’s something for every fan here. It’s the kind of store where you could spend hours browsing and still find something new. Highly recommend for any K-pop lover!

Was excited to see some demon slayer stuff and as soon as I picked it up to get a closer look the man in the store not sure if it was the owner but he ran up and stared me down like I was going to steal it I put it back down and started looking at other things throughout the store and was followed the whole time only spent like 5 minutes it was the most belittling feeling and the girl at the register stared with her arms crossed but before even walking in there was groups of people with big back packs and large purses I didn’t see them following those people, if I could give a zero star I would store was cool but not worth the experience to be followed and...
