Customer service seriously lacking for the price tag
I ordered a kiwi rocker from babyletto and it arrived to my house over the weekend. When I opened the box I was surprised to see there was no padding or anything to secure the package besides the chair. When I finished getting the box open I found the wooden piece of my chair was cracked in half in two places. Almost completely straight as if it had been cut. The wood is also really poor quality and flimsy for what I would expect from such an expensive rocker but I went ahead and emailed customer service with my problem. I got an automatic email saying they will respond within 1-3 business days, their hours only being Monday through Friday 11-3… so I waited around for Monday and still didn’t hear anything. I called Tuesday right when they opened and waited on hold for several minutes before being transferred to a call center where they couldn’t provide me with any solution or update. Still waiting to hear back on how they will fix my rocker. As an 8 month pregnant woman this was really such a bummer to me from a company that claims to be luxury. I would skip this brand if I were you and just go with a more reputable company that has better reach. The chair isn’t worth the price or the headache. Will not be ordering...

Once I purchased and spent over $3,500 USD, I called to see why I was getting my stuff delivered on February 7th, to what Tatiana replied I don't know you have to contact the carrier. I called the carrier (UPS) and was on the phone for 30+ minutes.
I called Baby Letto store afterwards to see if they could assist me, which Tatiana, who previously answered the phone prior to calling UPS, said she looked into my account and said it was 2 delivery dates. That would have saved me money as well as time on UPS. I asked why wasn't I informed this earlier, and I could've saved $23 USD + 30 minutes on a call, she said "I am not going to argue with you" I said I am definitely not arguing, just curious as to why she couldn't assist me prior with this, instead of wasting time.
She was extremely rude and makes me want to cancel my order all together. This is my first child and I have been crying for over 45 minutes due to how unprofessional and rude she was. I would NOT recommend purchasing at this store, as the people there are...

But I did submit a large order for most of my nursery furniture last week and I saw the email about making design appointments with a staff member. I signed up and was able to get a virtual appointment with Vernon at the in-person store and he was great & flexible with my schedule. I was concerned about the colors and stains that I had selected and he showed me all of the stains/colors and different options given what they had there (not all colors were available in the exact items, but all the colors were there in some capacity). I feel so much better now about the things that I ordered, and I even asked a few unrelated design questions (like what color rug to match with everything). Vernon was great!
