The customer service here is magnificent. The experience to shop at Vivienne Westwood is a world on its own. You just can't go in the store as an onlooker without appreciation for fashion or at least what you see in store. I used to work in the design studio in London, and my knowledge of the product and brand is quite extensive. Of course they do not know that whenever I come in, only a couple of the staff do. But, its nice to see if they pass the test. Its very interesting to see how knowledgeable the staff is of the product that is available as well as the iconic pieces. Through their brand and product knowledge you could really hear the spirit of Vivienne Westwood's design, the staff wears the product and really knows how the pieces work, they know how to approach the customer which is rare and almost non-existent in this shopping area. She went back to the store room and take a new one out. She scanned the price tag and asked if $1150 for the piece itās okay? I looked at her and show her the price tag itās $930. She said there itās a price increase in their system, but they have not have a chance to update the price in the tag yet, because she get this one from the back. I e-mailed them and they were able to exchange it. Then I receive the same wallet again, this time is last about 2 months or so, but then again the coin purse part of the wallet broke AGAIN. Iām not sure if it was strictly this product but it is very poor quality. Therefore I reach out to customer service again about this SAME issue and since it had past a certain amount of time they said they would refund me but Iād have to provide my own shipping label. All good until I find out to purchase a shipping label it is about $100+ to ship internationally. Why should I pay that when it is their product that is defective?
