When we did a destination wedding in Los Angles I was worried about the cake because I knew it would mean selecting a cake location without first tasting the options. I talked to friends in the area and they all said Charm City was the way to go. Lucky me there was a Charm City Cakes just around the corner from our reception venue.
Staff members responded to emails quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions. They addressed my concerns with courtesy and understanding. As a person who has a lot of food allergies this was greatly appreciated.
Charm City Cakes West, offered affordable options and made my dream cake, which fit perfectly with our baseball theme wedding. They also helped me surprise my husband with an amazing superhero grooms cake! We were extremely happy with both cakes but the Red Velvet grooms cake was our favorite!
Now a year later as we maintain the tradition of eating the top layer of our cake we are still impressed. Even after being frozen (properly) for a year the cake is still moist and the icing is still creamy. The flavors are still as rich and bright as on our wedding day. I have to admit that when I took that first bite on our anniversary it brought me back to the first time I tasted the cake when my husband feed me the first bite at our wedding.
