I searched for quite sometime for the 2008 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut and was able to locate it online at this wine shop. I live in Georgia and this champagne is very hard to find so when I found it on their website, I called in prior to ordering to confirm availability. I spoke to Camille, and she actually checked stock and confirmed they had 14 bottles available. I asked if it was better if I gave her my order over the phone or if I should place it online. She explained to me that for accuracy I should place the order online.
I placed the order online within the hour and received a confirmation email stating it was being prepared to be shipped. The next day I received an email from Camille stating there had been a mix-up and the champagne was no longer available. She stated I could either order the 2014 vintage as a replacement or the 2008 in a magnum which was about 15% more expensive. I called in and asked if Camille could sell me the 2008 magnum for the cost of 2 of the regular size bottles. She stated that I would need to speak to the manager and placed me on hold. She took me off hold and stated the manager was on another call and wouldn't be able to speak with me and they couldn't offer the magnum for the price of two regular bottles. I thought it was extremely poor customer service that the manager wouldn't speak to me or at least give me a call back and wasn't willing to make any concessions due to the way this was handled.

The Worst Online Wine Service. I ordered 3 bottles of a specific wine for my anniversary. It is a year/vintage that is difficult to find so I was happy to see they had it in stock and that they GUARANTEE their selection. I ordered the last 3 bottles, paid a premium for the wine and for shipping, and after a week, they delivered the wrong wine. In fact, they delivered a wine that I could buy at any local wine store, for half the price that they were charging.
I called on Saturday (12/15) and a lady said she would check to see what had gone wrong, and would be calling me shortly back with a solution. I never received a call back. After 3 days, I emailed their customer service thinking that would be faster. I never received a reply. After 5 days, I called again and spent 30 minutes on hold, until a lady answered. She said they did not have the wine I ordered (guarantee?), and that if i didn't want the wine they delivered, I would have to make arrangements to ship it back to them. She then explained that they wouldn't process my refund until they received the wine.

After finally getting in touch w/ someone after several calls and emails, I was told to take pics and send a copy of my receipt which was emailed to me but they couldn’t find. I was also told that I may not get an answer about the situation until Tuesday since it was Saturday and New Years was Monday. After sending what was asked, still no response until I called again. Then I was told they would have to hold my card for the price of the bottle they accidentally sent until they get it back and then they can send what I ordered...(THIS IS Illegal!) After checking there reviews on BBB they have a D rating for unresolved matters and I saw similar reviews on other sites of them sending items late, wrong items or broken items then making it difficult to get the correct item. Because of this I refused to let them hold my card in fear that they will attempt to replace my order with something else due to “not having it in stock” after receiving the other bottle.
