Walked in briefly on the way to a smoking lounge to kill time. They had a line to wait in before u could shop but it was empty, but a sign said to wait for help. I stood there for about 5 minutes and nobody came up to me so I started looking at the product because I hate standing still and nobody came up to help me, I was more amused by another customers dog. Ended up leaving to not be late to my destination without talking to anyone. This was in February just giving my official cookies review after traveling across the country. I get ur just paying for the name with cookies but can u at least try to sell me something next time. The 710 preroll I had right after was amazing.

Like this place is supposed to be above other dispensaries but the staff at other places actually talk to me. I work in a jewelry store I personally walk up and greet everyone who walks in, I thought this was high end product and service. Tho I know most luxury brands don't pay their workers the best and are sub par at best.

Sry but for the prices you guys can pay for a "host" of sorts who knows how to welcome people. Or at least explain the concept to workers of greeting and handing guests off to other salespeople. I just see everyone standing around and nobody buying anything in here like some lame hangout spot.

I stopped by to pick up a pre-roll pack but found out they don't accept Apple Pay, which is my go-to for payments (I don't even know where my physical cards are anymore 🤣). However, the staff went above and beyond to help me out. They presented every option within my cash budget and guided me to the best choice based on my preferences. It didn't feel pushy; instead, it was more like they had my back and were determined to find a solution.

And they did! I ended up with a 1G infused pre-roll by the brand ANIMAL (SFV OG flavor), and it was a real treat. As soon as I opened its container, the aroma hit me. It was coated in what looked like kief with a metal filter, which was incredibly convenient. Every puff was accompanied by a sweet aroma, and by the time I finished, I was enjoying a clean, elevated state.

To sum it up, the store was nice and clean, the customer service was amazing, and the products were top-notch. What more could you ask for?

Walked in for the first time with a friend with intentionsto make a purchase. After our I.D.s are approved we’re told to speak with a man with an iPad with a gold tooth. We tell him we’re looking to browse around. He implies “browsing” is not welcome here and says, “You either know what you want or you don’t. People come in here and buy what they want and leave.” We respond, “Okay? Well, what if someone walks in for the first time and doesn’t know what they want?
