I presented my prescription card for my new insurance at the pharmacy yesterday. Three employees told me they couldn't use it. Confused, I left and called my insurance and checked with coworkers who have the same insurance. All of them verified that I had presented the correct card. With this knowledge, I came back to the pharmacy today. I presented the exact same card, and the employee was able to enter it with no problems.
I then received an email survey later this evening. I essentially wrote the above. The response I received was, "Team are trying their best to solve the problems but unfortunately sometime we do a mistake and we are all humans. This survey itās only for the person who helped you. Again Iām really sorry and happy that your problem got solve!"
I understand we're humans, but additional training is needed. I took the survey in hopes that staff could be trained better to look at cards.
This location always has a huge line for pickup, and it's often slow-moving.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible customer service. I had 2 prescriptions. I went to pick them up. One of them wasnāt ready. I specifically asked them if they have it in stock. The assistant said no and we havenāt received the orders yet so itāll be today after 2 pm. I got a text message LITERALLY 5 minutes later saying that my prescription is ready! She didnāt even bother herself checking for me. There were no line no patient nothing! It was really slow and everybody was just chatting and laughing instead of helping patients! I called back to let them know what happened of course nobody picked up and it went to voice mail! My medication was a routine medication that pretty much every pharmacy has it most of the times( Iām a Pharmacist). They couldnāt have received the order, fill and verify it in 5 minutes so it mustāve been in stock! Iāll transfer all of my prescriptions to a local pharmacy . Not to mention they didnāt know Iām a pharmacist and they didnāt even ask if I need a consultation for my new med! I didnāt need it anyways but they have to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never been in this place, unless it was so long ago, I have zero memory. It's a turnover curse from Voldemort building; I stand in front of it because that's where we line up, socially distanced, when there is a line for Whole Foods 3rd & Fairfax. I go to WFM or CVS or Trader Joe's across the street. This pink building was a concert hall for Brittany Spears, who is a prisoner of her evil father & unscrupulous shysters. Now, because she's in the Gulag of Stalin, the building is Korean. I don't read Korean, only Japanese & Cantonese. Viva Hong Kong. Viva Catalonia. Abasso fascisti. Down with...
