Weiss was great! My husband designed my engagement ring in San Francisco, but moved to LA where we were getting married. We both needed wedding bands but didn't really know where to go in the city. Luckily Weiss was close by :)

When we first stopped by we chatted with Sara about options. She was really helpful, and also really excited, which made the whole shopping trip more fun! I fell in love with her and her store instantly because all of the sample rings fit my larger-than-size-4 fingers, so I was actually able to try on possible wedding bands with my engagement ring.

We settled on a beautiful hand-hammered, sand blasted gold band with diamonds set in a star setting. It goes wonderfully with my engagement ring without being matchy-matchy or distracting from the beautiful design my husband came up with. He also worked with Sara to created a personalized ring in silver and gold.

My ring was problem free, start to finish. It took a few days longer to complete the work than they originally quoted, but they knew when the wedding was and I was never worried about the time line.

Isaac's ring had a little hiccup in production - when he picked it up it wasn't quite what he had envisioned. We were a little nervous (it was getting close to the wedding) that there wouldn't be enough time to fix it, but when we went back there was no hassle, no arguing, just a general sense of "let's make this right." They turned it around really quickly, and the result was great.

Also, completely unbeknownst to me, my husband went to Weiss to get some stones put into an heirloom setting as a day-of wedding gift to me. I can tell you that I was floored by the gorgeous ring that he gave me before we got married! Weiss flawlessly put in two beautiful, light-blue sapphires, and I love it.

Great place, super nice couple running it, easy location (grab some food at the farmer's market before/after you shop.)...

The professionalism and knowledge of Weiss Jewelry is absolutely top tier!! I went to Weiss to get an engagement ring for my once was girlfriend now fiance and they helped me select a ring that would be perfect for her. Something not too over the top because she really isn't a jewerly person. She loves it and feels naked without the ring.

Fast forward, the ring was a little too big for her ring which was my fault for not knowing. The problem is that we live up in the bay area, so we went to a local jeweler to resize the ring. That jeweler said that it would be difficult for them to resize it and recommended us to go back to the Weiss to do the resizing due to the ring having many diamonds along the band.

We didn't take the advice of that jeweler, instead, went to a different local jeweler because she wanted the ring back as soon as possible. Turns out that was a baaad idea, after the new jeweler resized it, the next day the main diamond feel out. We were pretty devastated from that experience.

I was heading back to LA a month after the ring feel out, so we decided to go back to Weiss. They made us feel so welcome, and immediately knew the style of diamond that was supposed to be in there. They needed to do a bit of research because they didn't have that diamond in the shop, so they took the ring and told us they would mail it to us if they couldn't find a replacement diamond within the week.We mentioned that we were in LA for a week so the timing was perfect.

Fast forward again, I get a wonderful text message from them saying that the ring is ready right before we were about to leave LA. We got the ring and it has a new diamond! They also mentioned that the diamond should not fall of again. I am so happy with Weiss and you guys will not be disappointed with doing...
